Start to finish it was a great experience. Check in was smooth and contact free. Directions for getting to the cabin and how to use the cabin were clear. Although it was winter, the roads were good getting to the cabin. Walking in it was warm, and music playing.
They had a few necessities for us, such as a few trash bags, some soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent for 1 load, tp, and a few rolls of paper towels. Byo coffee filters, sweetener, salt, pepper, and I'd recommend bring a few more trash bags, and laundry detergent if you plan on staying longer.
While not totally secluded, we felt that way. I wanted to feel alone, and we did. E could see other cabins from our deck if we tried, but it felt very private. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the hot tub, or from the rocking chairs with our coffee. Their photos of the view don't do it justice.
Overall the cabin was cozy, clean and comfortable. Wifi worked great, which was nice as we had some business to do during our stay. The bed was comfortable, although the sheets and pillow cases were a bit rough. Byo pillow/pillow cases of you're picky like me. Our main fireplace was broken, but within about an hour of calling, maintenance was there trying to fix it. A part need to be ordered, but they tried twice to take care of it for us during our stay, which I appreciated.
The "resort" had a few cute trails to hike, some pretty mini waterfalls that we enjoyed visiting. There were plenty of amenities we weren't able to use due to the weather (small golf course, mini golf course, half court for basketball, this courts, little playground, lake to walk by), but we enjoyed walking around. It was a few minutes from the main Pigeon Forge center, but off the path enough to enjoy quiet seclusion. Plenty to do if you want, but plenty of quiet if that's what you want.
