Getting Around:
For the most part, it is a very easy drive. The house is out in a residential area with most of the drive just being some rolling through the valley but no switchbacks or sharp inclines or anything like that. We manage a few cabins deep in the woods with switchbacks and unposted roads and this is definitely NOT that kind of place.

Comfortable stay away from downtown

Matches the property description pretty well. Cleanliness was decent, but floors were very dirty. Lots of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location is about 20 minutes away from the parkway.

I was a little disappointed but overall it met our needs. We needed a few items that were not in the kitchen and a bathroom was missing a trashcan. I have learned it is the little things that make the stay a good one. The property manager tried to help us fix the bedroom TV but the timing never worked out so we just used our laptop to watch TV. We did enjoy the hot tub and the location met our needs. We loved the Smoky Mountains and will return but will probably try to get a cabin next time. I know these are newer property managers/owners so as time goes on I am confident they will improve each stay.

Sevierville Greatness.

This place was excellent, tucked away in a quit neighborhood that is centrally located to pretty much anywhere you plan on going. Not only is it in a great spot but the unit itself was awesome! From the super plush bed and pillows, to having enough bathrooms where nobody has to fight for time. Having a full bathroom for each bedroom and the half bath downstairs was really the deciding factor in picking this rental and we are soo glad we did. Also if you love just sinking into plushness when you lay down and feel like sleeping in a cloud this is the place. The kids loved the PacMan arcade, but also the adults bringing back some nostalgia and good times. After a long day out and you can't beat having a hot tub to relax those muscle and aches so you're revitalized for the next day. We also loved the simple furnishings and this isn't a knock it's a compliment, as we have been to other places that just felt small because of the clutter. A king in the master and bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses is enough room for a couple adults or even if you have a couple teens! The communication with the owners was great, they made sure we had all questions answered and even gave us a few suggestions about some great places to checkout. We absolutely loved and recommend this place and are looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Beautiful place for the family..

The whole family loved this spot. Very comfortable and clean. The kids loved their room especially. The pac man arcade game was enjoyed very much by them. We didn't want to leave.
