This home was absolutely perfect for our family! The home was incredibly clean, exactly as detailed in the listing, and the hosts, were very quick to respond to a minor "help needed" request. The house itself is centrally located to so many attractions and is situated in a great compound. I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything about The Remington was perfect for my family! We traveled with 7 adults, 3 children (ages 8, 4, 3) and a dog. We had plenty of room to be together or have "alone" time. The kids enjoyed the pool, the game room and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The location was centrally located, so we had short drives to all the places we wanted to visit (Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Great Smoky Mountains, terrific restaurants). The house was well stocked and clean when we arrived. The host responded quickly to all of my questions. My family highly recommends The Remington.

This was the perfect house for a mountain get away. The location was great, so close to Dollywood and just a quick drive to all the local stores and attractions but not in a heavy traffic area which was a plus. The house itself was extremely clean. The indoor pool was definitely our favorite and most used part of the home and the hot tub was clean and private and relaxing after lots of walking. It was cozy and modern. The hosts were very kind and responsive to any questions I had. We discussed it as a family and we all agreed we would definitely stay here again. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

8/10 – Goed

The only problem was the size of the unit if you say you can put 12 people in it then you should have seating for 12 to eat and 12 place settings of silverware. Had to go out and purchase silverware. And take turns when eating It was clean and everything worked except for the air conditioning which decided to not work for a day. Seems that it is an ongoing problem the main area was small and really only sat 5 which worked for us since it was 6 adults the rest were children so they got relegated to the floor
