The cabin is located in a peaceful mountain neighborhood in beautiful Wears Valley, approximately 10.5 miles from the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Please review the map location before booking to ensure it fits your travel plans.



This is a true mountain cabin experience surrounded by nature and wildlife. You may occasionally encounter seasonal insects such as ladybugs, stink bugs, wasps, or yellow jackets, as well as local wildlife, including bears.

Bears are commonly seen in the Smokies. For your safety and theirs, please do not approach or feed them, and always keep food and trash secured.



House Rules

- No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the cabin, on the decks, or anywhere on the property. A minimum $1,000 fee will apply for violations, in addition to any costs required for odor removal or damage remediation.

- No pets allowed due to allergy concerns.

- No parties, events, weddings, receptions, or large gatherings.

- Guests using the charcoal grill are required to properly dispose of ashes after use.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to help preserve the peaceful mountain atmosphere for everyone.

- The booking guest must be present for the duration of the stay.

Please note that check-ins and check-outs are unavailable on major holidays, including:

- Thanksgiving Day

- Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

- New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day

- Fourth of July
