Despite its tranquil setting, the cabin is conveniently located, just a 25 minute drive from the attractions of the Great Smoky Mountains

Our property offers a peaceful and quiet retreat, featuring 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 full bathrooms, making it ideal for family vacations or romantic getaways where cherished memories are made.

The living room is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV (HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Hulu, Netflix, and standard cable), an electric fireplace, and various games for family enjoyment. A convertible queen-size sofa bed is available if needed. Please note that the stairs to the lower level are narrow and steep, so navigate with caution.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and all necessary kitchen appliances, along with pots, pans, glasses, plates, and silverware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a wooden dining table with ample seating for everyone to dine comfortably.

The sleeping arrangements are as follows: Bedroom #1 on the main level features a queen-sized bed, TV, closet, and a small sitting area for morning coffee. Loft Bedroom #2 above the living room includes a king-sized bed and a sitting area, accessible via a cabin-style ladder. Bedroom #3 on the lower level has a king-sized bed, twin day bed, smart TV, dresser, and an entrance door leading to the outdoor fireplace. An additional queen-size sofa bed is also available.

Bathroom #1 on the main level has a walk-in shower, toilet, hand-wash sink, wall mirror, and includes basic toiletries. This bathroom also houses the washer and dryer. Bathroom #2 on the lower level is spacious and features a walk-in shower, hand-wash sink, and toilet.

The property provides high-speed Wi-Fi and supplies all linens and towels. Being in a wooded area, there is a possibility of encountering animals, pests, or insects, despite a constant pest control service. Guests are responsible for their safety and that of their companions.

Please note that the hot tub should not be overused to prevent it from going to sleep. The property is on a septic system, so avoid flushing feminine products to prevent clogs. External security cameras monitor the perimeter, and the steep driveway accommodates 2-5 vehicles with free parking.

Spring Fall and summer is lady bug season. You may encounter them as they are flocking to any heat source. You will see them throughout the property. Please understand there is nothing that can be done and is a problem all homes face in the mountain. we have provided a hand vacuum should you encounter any.

Laundry & Linens: Place all used linens and towels in the bathtub. Do not remove any linens from the property.
Check-Out Requirements:
Turn off lights.
Set AC to Cool 75°F, with the fan set to Auto.
