Deze luxe hut lodge is een prive, afgelegen 5 slaapkamer vakantieverhuur met KNOCKOUT MOUNTAIN VIEWS van het Great Smoky Mountains, dat alles voor iedereen nodig heeft om van hun verblijf te genieten. Deze ruime 5 slaapkamer hut slaapt 16 comfortabel met 1 kingsize bed, 3 queensize bedden, 2 volledige bedden en 2 volledige slaapbanken. Het interieur beschikt over luxe meubels in Lodge-Style, een keuken met een Eat In Bar, een eettafel, roestvrij stalen apparaten, houten kasten en granieten aanrechtbladen, 5 tv's met XFinity Cable en Wifi. Zowel volwassenen als kinderen genieten van de spelletjeskamer, die volledig voorzien is van tafelvoetbaltafel, pooltafel, spellentafel, multi-cadeau, zilverkleurige bowling, elektronische lawndarts, rock-ola jukebox met veel cd's. Uw buitendekken hebben veel mogelijkheden om te ontspannen met voldoende zitplaatsen en een overdekte bubbelbad op het achterdek. Geniet van het buitenzwembad en de gasgrill in de zomermaanden en de open vuurpit altijd. Trap naar de Hemel is gewoon dat, het zal je nieuwe, rustige bergtocht zijn! Een luxueuze plek die u vele jaren terugkomt en dicht bij Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg en het Great Smoky Mountains komt. The location and view are outstanding! The property is nicely furnished, beds are clean and comfortable. Couple of watch outs - the cleaners didn’t leave any dishwasher tablets or dishwashing liquid. Also the closets only had 1 hanger so it was not possible to hang up clothes.The WiFi is poor so communicating with the property management company was difficult to manage.Overall, we had a lot of fun and enjoyed our stay!

House is obviously neglected. The pictures online don’t at all represent the home in its current condition. There were numerous issues of concern such an ants and rodents in the master bath, rat/rodent poop in all closets, bats in the attic, and the exterior porches being full of wasp nests. Two of our guests, one being pregnant and the other highly allergic, got stung by wasps. The area by the jacuzzi, that we had to figure out how to fill up ourselves, was full of mildew. The grounds outside have been neglected for a while and the exterior is just overall dirty. Lastly is the sleeping arrangements, filling a bedroom with a sleeper sofa is shameful. The only thing positive about this stay was the check in process and the view. I would never recommend this rental to anyone I know!!

The property was beautiful, they were so easy to work with and communicated with us so well. They were so generous to allow us to stay an extra day when we were snowed in and stuck.

Spectacular views

We had a family Thanksgiving and it was an great experience. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The property was decorated for Christmas, including a tree which was so appreciated. Word to the wise - heed the warnings about bears and open the check-in guide before you start into the mountains. I had to head back down the mountain to get cell service to open the text. Once in the cabin, we were able to connect to the internet to read the rest of the guide. The views and setting was absolutely spectacular. Slightly disappointed - the dead lady bugs had not been vacuumed before we arrived.

Beautiful house and location

The location and home overall were beautiful. Wonderful spot for drone footage and pictures. There were a couple other cabins around but the home felt very secluded. That being said the cleanliness of the house was a let down. House was ready early which was great, but only to find mice droppings in most rooms, cob webs at eye level and carpenter ants in a room or two. I'm from the area so this isn't uncommon in most houses but it definitely could have been cleaned a little better. Overall we had a great stay, even got to see two bears our last two days.

Overall the house was great. It was very comfortable for all 12 of us, from 2years old to 65 years old . The views were incredible and the area was very nice. The house could use a little tlc. The hot tub was great. The game room was amazing. The kids even caught fish at the fish pond. We had several bear encounters . Make sure you lock your car doors , they know how to open the doors! Plenty of places to eat and shop near by . There is plenty to do in the area. We had a great time !

Pretty but messy

The house was beautiful minus the plywood window and screens laying around. Once you walked around the property you noticed that nobody has done zero landscaping. The inside was mostly clean. One room did have dead bugs in it. The dishwasher was unusable due to the fact it was completely full of mold. For the price we paid you’d think they’d just buy a new dishwasher. The way we came in was a one lane road ppl were squeezing two lanes out of. The other road out was towards Pigeon Forge and much easier to travel. Mountain landscape was pretty.

Overall it was a good place to stay with a beautiful view. If everything was totally cleaned and in good repair it would have been great. The outside fire pit was full of cigarette butts. The garage windows were boarded over. One of the garage doors was broken. And the foosball table in the game room was not usable.

Absolutely Beautiful!

This cabin was beautiful! Location was fantastic. Easy road to drive up and so peaceful, quiet and very private. The view was to die for. And bears...oh yes. They passed through two of the evenings. Plenty of space for playing corn hole with seating for onlookers right above on the deck. The game room was quite a hit with our 2 boys too. Contactless check in was so easy, convenient and definitely the way to go. Plenty of room in the cabin and outside on the huge deck overlooking the beautiful mountains. Loved it and will hopefully make it back next year.

Beautiful home but needs cleaning and repairs

The house is beautiful, but not clean. There were mouse droppings, old fruit, cobwebs, dust and cockroaches. I was actually bitten by a mouse in my bed while I was sleeping. The shower did not drain and had multiple mouse droppings in it. Also while showering the temperature is very inconsistent! It would go from cold to scorching hot. Disappointing for the hefty price to stay here.

Beautiful home... plenty of bear visits at dusk. Not far from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.

Kitchen cooking utensils lacking. Desperately in need of new Can opener.. Gas grill needs some work. These are miner issues. Overall this was a Great place to stay.

Amazing Cabin for a large group!

My friends and I stayed at Stairway to Heaven for a weekend getaway! There were 11 of us. We felt we had plenty of room and never seemed to be on top of each other. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook each meal in, and on top of it all...the view was spectacular!! There were a lot of dead bugs in one of the upstairs rooms. I’m not sure if that room was missed with the vacuum or just results of staying in the woods. Regardless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!!
