Overall we had a nice stay at this property. The pros: the location was great, very close to pigeon forge/dollywood/Gatlinburg! The owners were very responsive and were able to accommodate an early checkin when we arrived before 4pm, and check in was very easy. The cons: the hot tub was completely empty when we arrived and unfortunately after some back and forth with the owner we learned it had a major leak and would not be working during our stay. I appreciate that they did give us a partial refund due to the inconvenience, but had it been checked prior to arrival a lot of the back and forth could have been prevented. The pool cues, ping pong balls and ping pong net were not in good shape and needed to be replaced. The jets in the tub upstairs were not working, the owner suggested we reset it but that required unscrewing a panel on the tub with a screwdriver and we didn’t want to mess with it. Again, overall a nice stay, but some minor improvements would make the property in better shape for families.

Host was really good with communication. The cabin was lovely. The hot tub and games were lots of fun. My only real issue was when I had booked this stay, I did not realize that an ice storm was coming. All of my guests cancelled the day before the incoming storm. They were concerned with having to fly home. I did try to cancel my stay and get a refund but could not. Which was upsetting. I understand refund policy, but this incident was unforeseen. My man and I only stay one night and left early the next day so we would not be stuck on the mountain with no power. I think we should have been given a refund it's not like we were cancelling for no reason. So be forewarned if some unexpected weather comes you will not receive any grace.

Cozy cabin with great size rooms very clean and easy access to Pigeon Forge attractions…. Maybe 4 miles to the main parkway. Great view and spacious. Our children loved the hot tup and game areas. They were located well in the house for teens. We would stay here again.

Cozy, adorably decorated cabin in the woods/ with minimal difficulty to access, a few deep potholes on road right before turn in, so beware. Cabin was the perfect size for our party of nine, me and my husband, 4 adult children and their 3 spouses. Bedrooms with en-suite access to bathrooms was so nice for privacy. One in our party has severe multiple food allergies so all 4 days we cooked. The kitchen is well stocked with working, modern appliances. We chose this cabin for the amenities: pool table(which can switch to ping pong), air hockey, wall size connect 4, Ms Packman and an XL hot tub! We made a game bracket for the games which was great fun, and enjoyed the hot tub nightly.Now for the 4 instead of 5 star review: 3 floors, all wood, beautiful aesthetics but noisy-those in the basement could hear when someone walked on any of the stairs, even to the 3rd floor. Main floor bedroom- if anyone walking around or speaking in more than a normal tone upstairs, you can hear it. Just beware, no secrets in this house:)So there are definitely some critters. My son and his wife in top floor bedroom heard a mouse or something the first 2 nights that sounded as though close in the walls, perhaps. We let it go, as we understand we’re in the woods and could let owner know later. Last night of our stay, stormed, they wake up and there are multiple mouse droppings on the sheets. Disgusting and dangerous to have rodents in the house, in your bed! Letting owners know.

Wonderful get away! It was easy access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, groceries, activities and dining out. The air hockey table and hot tub were a hit for the kids, and phone survived 2 diving expeditions, haha. Adults enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub after the kids went to bed. Shopping was great and only about a 20 minute drive. We will definitely be back with the whole family. Great Hosts and very clean.

PERFECT GETAWAY - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great family place! SUITE RETREAT is in a great location to both Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. It is close enough to shopping and entertainment yet private & secluded with the peace and quiet we had hoped for. The cabin is well equipped, meeting all of our needs... and offering all the conveniences of home. It is quiet, spacious, and beautiful. Overall, it's ideal for those seeking tranquility, incredible views and relaxation! The quiet surroundings are a welcome escape from daily life!The property, cabin, and communication from owners was amazing. Amy checked with us to ensure that we got settled in and asked us to let her know if there were any issues.Beautiful inside and out, a lovely Smokey Mountain view, close proximity to Dollywood and other entertainment, and excellent sleeping accommodations. There was no bedroom that was better than all of the others. All of them had very comfortable mattresses and pillows. They were all beautifully decorated, spacious, and with being on separate floors, they provided much needed privacy. Easy recommendation for families or multiple couples of all ages visiting the Great Smokey Mountains! No regrets! The cabin was superb, clean (Which is most important),cozy, and had all of the amenities we needed: towels/bed linens supplied, four king bedrooms, four bathrooms. Ideal for groups or families! The Mountain Views were beautiful. Suite Retreat delivered everything we needed. We loved it and look forward to coming back!!

Mountain Retreat

A very lovely suite retreat for our group of 8 adults. Coming from different areas of the country we all arrived at different times but the first couple was able to get in easily. It worked great with 4 king bedrooms/on-suites for each. The driveways were a bit intimidating to begin with but by the end of the week we had it down. Owners were so accoma dating and attentive (we had an issue with the main tv and they took care of everything right away). The only thing that could have been better is if the leaves were changing, but that has nothing to do with the property, and we didn't see any bears. You will love this Suite Retreat and it's not too far from area attractions.

YaYa Girls Trip

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our group of 8. The YaYa's take a trip to a different destination every year and this one is definitely at the top of our list. Perfectly situated in the trees for those private nights in the hot tub or sitting at the fire pit, and a short drive to all of the things we wanted to do during the day! Loved it!!
