Overall, this was a very nice property. It slept 7 comfortably. It is in the process of getting some needed updates. The property manager brought us additional fans that were needed to keep it cool. It was relatively centrally located to attractions and activities.

Do not waste your money on this property! When we first arrived, it seemed dated and worn, but clean. The furniture was really worn and needed replacing. Then I entered the bedrooms and saw the FILTHY carpet. And, it was all downhill from there. 1. The Wi-Fi didn't work (after I called, they came the next day to fix it)2. The cable did not work. They were told about this did not bother to come fix it. And the family room TV was too old to use with our apps. 3. The microwave does not work. So, they placed another small microwave on the countertop eliminating what little counterspace the kitchen has. 4. The deadbolt lock on the back door was broken and could not be disengaged, the door could not be opened. 5. The central AC is supplemented by two window units which are secured to the window with painter's masking tape.6. Since we had two small children with us, we decided to bring groceries and cook dinner in the evenings so that we didn't bring overtired kids to a restaurant. When we tried to use the grill, there was no propane in the tank. When I informed the management company, they said that they would replace it the next day. They never bothered to do so. 7. The drains in the front bathroom were partially clogged and very slow. 8. There is a FOOSBALL table not AIR HOCKEY!VRBO should not associate its name with this property. The owner clearly does not maintain the home and the management team (i.e. VACASA) do not care to help when informed of issues.

Location was perfect for us. Property was clean and as described. There was evidence of mice and a few maintenance issues that could be addressed (broken tile, door to deck didnt work, no toaster.) Overall it was great.

Amazing

It was amazing, relaxing, and we came for tumbler invasion. The cabin was onlt 13 mins from the convention center, so it was nice that we didn't have to go far for that. The hot tub was amazing and so nice to relax in.

Not too bad but not again :(

Not the best place we've stayed but not the worst place either. Enjoyed it being off the beaten path. Furniture pretty dated, carpet needs stretching or replaced/removed, kitchen only stocked for 3-4 people. Large parking area.

Holiday getaway

First let me start by saying that the cabin served its purpose during our stay. We kept busy most of the time. At first entrance it was as pictured, but was immediately obvious that some furniture updates were needed. Both dining tables were outdated and damaged one of the seats wasn’t even connected. The LR tv had at minimum 5-6 remotes and even our tech savvy kids couldn’t figure out how to get the cable to turn on. The main bathroom shower was inoperable as the shower function wasn’t there. And lastly communication with this cabins management was not the best. I sent several texts and messages with only one response to the heat going out. We are extremely thankful to some neighborhood cleaning gentleman who stopped and picked up our trash as we never got a response for a trash pick up, we were there for a week. To sum it up, the cabin is cute the drive up the hill is scary and if the owners/management had better communication and furniture up to date this reviews would’ve been better.

The property was not clean. It has several things that needs to be fixed. Window, outside trash can, broke furniture, broke tile, broke door. We contacted the management on our first day about door and they never came.

With one day of work and a few hundred dollars the place would have been great. Blinds didn’t work, sink sprayer didn’t work, no light in refrigerator and no door storage and no towel rack in bathroom

Great cabin / hard to reach staff

The cabin itself is nice with a good location. Amenities are old but work. Hot tub did not work and we had to call four times to get it serviced. The roof leaked while we were there.

Great stay

Super quick location close to restaurants and places we needed to visit also super private so we loved that we could hang out at the hot tub while kids played games and chilled upstairs with their air hockey table. Super comfortable stay and easy access to things. Thank you.

Needs updating

The good - close to attractions, size, number of beds . The bad , the cabins are crammed together, the mattresses are old , pillows are flat, tvs are old and small, furniture is broken and uncomfortable, refrigerator missing shelves, termite damage , air hockey does not work and may have had a dead rat in it , nobody adheres to the 3 car limit for parking the group cabin across always had 17-24 cars and I had to get them to move constantly. I did not bother management because we made do but for the premium price we paid I expected much more

Overall very great!

Everything was great!! Only thing is one of the toilets was dirty and not enough stored toilet paper also the toaster didn’t work but everything else was clean and great! Will def recommend and stay at again!

Beautiful, but needs updating

The cabin is beautiful and was well stocked with paper goods (Paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent), but the furniture looks like it was picked up from goodwill, the beds are uncomfortable, a broom (other than a hand broom) should be left in the cabin, and there should be more than 2 coffee mugs in an 8 person cabin. My husband said he felt dirty the entire time, but we all really enjoyed the stay. I would stay there again, but my husband said only if there was no availability elsewhere.

Shortcomings

The property was good overall but had some issues. The ceilings corners were not cleaned well and there were spiders in the master bedroom. We had to dispose of 2 we saw. The door also gave us some issues during check in. It would not open properly even when the code was entered. Lastly, the hot water in the shower did not work well. It was luke warm at best throughout the majority of our stay.

Nice cabin close to everything

Very clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Ziplines are in walking distance. Neighborhood was very quiet.
