'The host was amazing.theres several fruit trees on property which was a plus to have that added culture right in your yard. The property was very small smaller then the pictures showed over all nice and clean. They also charged a damage fee but there was nothing literally in the property to damage. limited silverware and pot options so cooking isnt something i would recommend. '

'Good afternoon. I wanted to follow up with you to express our displeasure with the accommodations. The place overall was disgustingly dirty. Every room was unacceptable from the aspect of cleanliness. We had to sweep, mop, clean the dining room table, wipe the counters, wipe up the the bathrooms, etc. In addition, The hot water did not work. The a/c did not work in the living room/dining area. There was no mirror nor a television in one of the bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms there...

'Lack of communication was terrible Reached at the property, was double booked for multiples family. The host was not answering her phone and was difficult to reach due to lack of wifi access No hot upon reaching, was not mention to guest about turning on hot water system No change of linen No access to masterbed room bathroom for bathing due to broken pipe/facet in bath tub Leakage of water from toilet broken Only was thing, that was excited was the mango tree.'

'De huishouding was top, vriendelijk en schoon. Veel lawaai in omgeving achter hotel was een dancing die tot 3 uur in de nacht harde muziek weergaf. Geen uitzicht naar buiten door plastic ramen ( geblindeerd) slecht tot geen toegang tot zee. Toeristen hadden muziekboc mee in zwembad waardoor wij binnen in hotelkamer niet konden communiceren. Hier werd niks van gezegd.'

'Dining options are good! Hotel is a bit noisy because of slamming doors and interconnecting doors. "balcony is too small. No elevator from rooms to the beach. (still have to take stairs from ground floor to beach...bad news for people with bad knees) '

'The place was well kept and clean the swimming pool was under reconstruction which was a big turn off bar was always closed after breakfast the restaurant was closed even on a Friday afternoon No form of entertainment if ur visiting u would have to unfortunately venture out into the unprotected to find food and entertainment this was really a bad experience for me'

'It was always good to stay but the only issue I didn’t like low water pressure at night. I will always recommend the sea shell palms anytime'

'We stayed for 1 night (in April 2019) at GC Villa in Ocho Rios. We booked a double room we two separate beds. The room looked as shown on the pictures. We have experienced our stay as very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The beds and shower are wonderful. We like that every little detail has been thought through, for example the USB inputs to charge your electronics. We didn't make any use of the pool, but it was clean. We would highly recommend GC...
