Was een fijne accommodatie in het oude centrum van Santa Cruz. Appartement was schoon en groot. Wij hadden een kamer op de beneden verdieping aan de straatkant. Er komen ‘s avonds en in de ochtend mensen langs je raam en kan wat gehorig zijn. Voor ons niet zo’n probleem. Met een verblijf van 5 dagen zou het fijn zijn om een extra handdoek pakket erbij te hebben. Alles op loopafstand, 2 min naar kathedraal en de eetgelegenheden . Al met al een super. Zou er bij een volgende bezoek zeker terug gaan

Ruim en schoon appartement midden in de wijk Santa Cruz. Vriendelijke ontvangst, konden al vroeg ons appartement in. Alle bezienswaardigheden en restaurants en bars op loopafstand. Zeker een aanrader!

Sfeervol appartement mooi dakterras in leuke wijk
Sfeervol appartement met een mooi dakterras in een sfeervolle wijk. Wij hebben het reuze naar onze zin gehad omdat we overal dichtbij zaten. Af en toe kon je wel eens verdwalen in de schattig smalle straatjes van Sevilla, maar dan ontdekte je steeds weer nieuwe mooie gebouwen en leuke kleine pleintjes met sinaasappelbomen en een leuk terrasje. Het Alcazar was geweldig met zijn moorse invloeden en de koepelvormige badkamer van de prinses. Het had ook een enorm mooie tuin waar je de hele middag kon vertoeven. Maar ook de stad zelf was erg mooi, veelal autovrij en gezellige terrassen met zangers/muzikanten. Langs de rivier lopen was ook lekker, wel wat drukker omdat daar wel auto's mogen rijden. Maar beneden aan de rivier kun je lekker wandelen en even in het zonnetje zitten. Omdat wij eind januari in Sevilla waren, was de temperatuur ook prima, rond 17 tot 19 graden met veel zon, weinig wind en af en toe een wolkje. (Moet er niet aan denken om in de zomerperiode in deze stad te zijn want het is wel de heetste stad van Europa en het kan er dan elke dag 35 tot 40 graden zijn!) Al met al: dit appartement, in deze stad, in deze tijd van het jaar is een echte aanrader!

Heerlijke plek om een aantal dagen te verblijven. Wij hadden het appartement meg eigen terras en dakterras. Fijne plek midden in het centrum en toch ook heel rustig. van alle gemakken voorzien.

Gewoon doen!
Prima lokatie, vlakbij alles wat je wilt zien in Sevilla. Momenteel wordt het naastgelegen pand verbouwd en daardoor 's morgens vroeg geluidsoverlast. En jammer dat er geen koffieapparaat oid, noch een waterkoker in het appartement aanwezig is. Verder prima, aanrader!

Uitstekende ligging voor een bezoek aan Sevilla
Dankzij de ligging hebben we de stad in 4 dagen zonder openbaar vervoer kunnen bezichtigen. Ook alle restaurants bij de hand. Niettegenstaande de drukke stad, hadden we geen last van lawaai.

Het was een zeer plezierige reis. Alleen bij aankomst bij het appartement was er niemand bij de receptie aanwezig. Bij navraag werden we doorverwezen naar een ander hotel. Er werd niet verteld dat je elders moest inchecken. Dit was nogal verwarrend. De service was voor de rest netjes.

Ligging is ideaal
De ligging van Apartamentos Santa Cruz is ideaal. Zeer centraal in de leukste wijk van Sevilla. De belangrijkste monumenten (Alcazar, Giralda) liggen letterlijk op een steenworp afstand. Ons appartement was schattig met houten balken en een dakterras. Vandaar had je uitzicht op de Giralda en de tuinen van het Alcazar. Enige nadelen van het appartement: ietwat linke trap naar het dakterras en het bed was aan de harde kant. De inrichting van het keukentje is wat karig (al was er wel een wasmachine). Niet zelf koken dus. Het stikt in de leuke straatjes rondom van de betaalbare en lekkere tapasbarretjes. Ons appartement keek ook uit op het drukke en leuke pleintje Plaza de las Venerables. Niet gaan eten daar. Het personeel bestaat uit horken. De rest van de wijk is vergeven van prima restaurantjes met hartstikke vriendelijk personeel.

Vriendelijk personeel en de kamer was gewoon schitterend. Elke dag werd de kamer schoongemaakt. Gelegen in het midden van het centrum met een dakterras. Echt prachtig.

Primero lo bueno: Excelente ubicación justo en el casco antigüo y a pasos de muchas atracciones, restaurantes y compras. El apartamento esta equipado con lo necesario para hacer desayunos. Lo malo: Es un edificio de 3 pisos, viejo y de madera, tuvimos la mala suerte de quedarnos en el primer piso y no pudimos dormir, se escuchan los pasos, portazos y cada cosa que sucede en los pisos de arriba. Además esta en un callejón muy concurrido y se escucha la gente pasar día y noche. El internet de la propiedad dejó de funcionar y no tuvimos por el resto de la estadía.

Strangely run, needs more attention
Place was well located, but hard to check in. Despite what the email communication said to do, we had to read a note left on the door to the place to know to check in at the hotel around the corner. They showed us inside and to our room. The bathroom had some ceiling repairs that were terribly done esthetically, but worked well enough. Lighting was low and limited. Beds didn’t have enough pillows to sit up with, which was necessary because there was limited comfortable seating in the place. They need to fix the kitchen kick plates at the bottoms of the cabinets as they are painted cardboard and there were coffee pods, but no coffee maker that took them.

NOT a nice last night in Seville
We could not check in at proper time because the last guest was late departing. ok, we'll wait at a nearby bar. We returned to be told the last guest now had left the heat turned on (in +30deg Celsius weather, no less). We got checked-in after another wait in the hotel bar. They would not even give us a courtesy free drink for our delay. We ended up arguing and paying the measly 6 Euros for our drinks ! We showered and went out for a bit. Returned to the room before supper to find the room unbearably hot. Another visit to the front desk. After more lively discussions, and their call to senior management to figure what to do, Carlos got us another room across the street on the second floor. An upgrade the 2nd young agent proclaimed ! It is 8PM, we re-pack and move. During the night we are awoken at 3AM by the garbage truck collecting traash in the courtyard. We could not get back to sleep so at 6AM headed to the airport for our 17 hour flight home. NOT a nice last night in Seville

Stayed on Oct 21, 2022. My husband accidentally booked this place not realizing that this was actually the same place that was posted with different pics which got bad reviews. So I called Expedia asking to cancel but the hotel refused our request despite we sent our request immediately (less than one hour after we booked) with the reason being it was a non-refundable booking. We had no choice but to stay there.The check-in process was not easy. We had to wait for someone to come and opened the door, the check-in 'desk' was in the open area and smelled very strong like sewer. The room was by the alley where people were passing and we could hear them talked loudly because it wasn't soundproof. The floor was dirty and we could smell the strong sewer-like smell like outside; the toilet was not attached to the floor so it moved when I used it and AC didn't work. We addressed the issues and they tried to fix it right away by securing the toilet to the floor, giving us a spray for the sewer smell and a fan for the non-working AC. It didn't help. I got headache from the smell and couldn't sleep. They moved us to a room in another building on the second floor with narrow and dark stairs. The room dirty and dusty. Bathroom floor was very dusty. The bed and pillow were dirty and not comfortable. We couldn't sleep the whole night so we decided to leave early in the morning to the airport few hours before our flight time.This condition was also described in the reviews by past guests.

Property was in a very convenient location - a few minutes walk to Cathedral and main sights. Property was easy to find & clean. Only basic utensils provided - no chopping board, dustpan or wine glasses. Some noise early evening from restaurant nearby but closing the shutters kept that out. Bed sheets were ultra thin and made the bed uncomfortable. Pillows were the thinnest I have ever had the misfortune to use. Every night at 3AM, the garbage truck is in the street collecting, with hydraulic motors grinding, and loud banging. One night, at 5AM, two empty laundry carts were wheeled down the cobble-stone street. Of course our windows are open; it was 30deg C during the day. Our front desk person, Carlos, during check-in, said if we ever need anything, to come ask and they would help. Our two free Nespresso coffee pucks were not replaced after our first morning. We went to ask Carlos for replacements. Carlos could not find any replacements that would fit our Nespresso machine in our room. He said come down the next morning to the hotel's cafe for coffee. OK. The next morning, we show for coffee. The lady at the front desk says Carlos is mistaken. The coffee is provided with the paid buffet. I said, "OK, so you have coffee available in the cafe, no?" She repeats strongly that the coffee comes with the full buffet and denies us to go get a coffee. Not a nice person or stay at Santa Cruz

Instructions for check in were not clear. When we arrived there had been a plumbing issue that made the whole place stink. Our apartment stunk when we moved in and the electricity was out. El lugar es de (muy) dificl acseso si uno va en vehículo, y la opción dice estacionamiento disponible. Eso es imposible, pq las calles son más chicas que el paso de un auto. Estacionamiento a 500 mteros es el más cercano

Estimado Sr. Fabián,Gracias por el tiempo dedicado en dejar un comentario en Hoteles.com.Comentarle que nuestra situación es privilegiada, en el barrio con más encanto de la ciudad de Sevilla, el barrio de Santa Cruz, patrimonio de la humanidad. Este barrio alberga la catedral gótica de Sevilla, desde cuya Giralda se puede disfrutar de vistas panorámicas, y el Real Alcázar, un palacio de estilo mudéjar-renacentista rodeado de exuberantes jardines. En las estrechas callejuelas del barrio judío y en las plazas llenas de naranjos hay bastantes tiendas de recuerdos, artesanía y cerámica. Es un barrio libre de tráfico y de humos.
