Fantastisch appartement midden in het centrum

We hebben genoten van dit heerlijke appartement. Alles was nieuw en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke bedden met goede matrassen en een dakterras met uitzicht over de stad. En dat midden in het centrum, op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Isabelle is een perfecte gastvrouw. We kunnen iedereen dit appartement aanraden.

Modern apartment in the heart of Sevilla

The apartment has been recently renovated using quality material. It is very close to the cathedral and to the Alcazar, yet in a quiet street. The owner (Isabelle) is very responsive by mail and phone and the welcome by David was very friendly (Spanish only though !). As we were leaving in the late afternoon on the last day we could safely store our luggage in a cabin on the roof and pick it up at the time of departure. The entrance of the building is not very appealing, but this is compensated once you enter the apartment itself. The inside was a bit smaller than I expected based on the photographs, but since Sevilla is such a lovely city, chances are that you will not spend a lot of time inside. The weather was not so warm when we were there, but I think that in summer the apartment can still be relatively cool since it doesn't catch a lot of sun. If you're not afraid of climbing some steps, you can enjoy breakfast on the roof top terrace, I highly recommend this place for parties up to 4 persons. For 6 persons it tends to get a bit crowded in my opinion. A final recommendation: when arriving at the airport there was a really long queue of people waiting for the airport bus and waiting for a taxi. I would recommend booking a taxi in advance. For our return to the airport we booked a mini van via TAXI2AIRPORT which offered a good service for a reasonable price.

Precies wat is geadverteerd maar in het echt nog mooier. Vooral het dakterras heeft een schitterend uitzicht. De bedden zijn goed en het sanitair ook. Niets wat er in het appartement staat is gammel of van slechte kwaliteit. Strak ingericht. Gewoon luxe.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Seville! Traveled with kids and the place was perfect for us. Super comfortable, clean, and modern, everything felt brand new and thoughtfully put together. Great stay in Seville!

The apartment was clean, well maintained, and located very close to restaurants and other attractions such as the Alcazar and the cathedral. It was also very quiet at night, which I greatly appreciated. Our hosts were helpful and responsive, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

The shower was great…enough hot water and pressure for 5 adults. Heating system was excellent. Would have liked a few more towels and some better linens but that being said the helpfulness, communication and location made up for all of it. We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed apartment which is also perfectly positioned to walk to the Royal Alcazar Palace and Cathedral as well as to a nearby car park. While the apartment has no direct view, from its roof top patio you can see the palace gardens and the Cathedral. Alejandro is a very responsive and friendly host

Superb!

Isabelle's apartment was just perfect for us! We had a lovely warm welcome and she arranged for us to be collected from the train station (and for the driver to carry our cases up to the apartment). Downloading the app for the door entry system was simple and it was great not having to carry keys (although there are keys available). The apartment was super clean and very well appointed and equipped. The sofas and beds were comfy and the shower was excellent. The location was great - minutes from the historical centre of the city, but really quiet. The area was clean and felt totally safe at night. Isabelle herself was very friendly, helpful and communicative, as were her driver Jose Miguel and her local contact Alejandro. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in this lovely apartment again!

Perfect

Catedral-Alcazar was a perfect apartment for my two adult children and me. The apartment is clean, updated, well-appointed and with three nice sized bedrooms. The location is excellent, walkable to sites, restaurants and shopping. Isabelle, our host, was very helpful and responsive to communication. Our entire stay was perfect in this comfortable apartment within the beautiful city of Seville. I hope to return.

A lovely long weekend

We were all very pleased with this property. It is spacious and quiet yet so close to the Cathedral and Palace. We walked to lots of lovely restaurants and bars. We were also pleased with the facilities. Four of us found everything we needed and were happy that there were two good bathrooms.
