Magnificent two-bedroom apartment located in a privileged place in Seville, in front of the Cathedral and the Giralda, on Avenida de la Constitución. It is the ideal place for a luxurious stay on your visit to the city.

From the entrance of the apartment we access a small hall and a corridor that communicates directly with the first room. This one has a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and a complete en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Continuing down the corridor we arrive at the living room - dining room with exterior views, modern and spacious, furnished with quality furniture and in great detail. The living room has a double sofa bed of 1.60 x 1.90, 2 armchairs and a dining table. It has privileged views of the Giralda and the Cathedral, and it is totally silent.

Incorporated into the same living room is the kitchen, modern and functional, and equipped with everything you need.

Crossing the living room we access a corridor, which leads to the second complete bathroom with shower and to the second bedroom, which has two single beds of 0.90 x 2 m.

Just a few steps from the apartment we also find other important places such as the Alcázar or the Archivo de Indias. It is a beautiful area, full of life where you can find: restaurants, small traditional tapas bars and artisan shops, shops, as well as a good connection to public transport.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
