Further inside, the apartment opens into a welcoming open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped integrated kitchen. Designed for both relaxation and socialising, this space includes a dining table, Smart TV, air conditioning, and a large sofa bed.

Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom, also equipped with a 150x200 double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom. From here, there is access to a magnificent furnished private terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors, which also connects to a large shared rooftop terrace with swimming pool — a true luxury in the heart of Seville’s historic centre.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
