Discover Seville from your heart. This luxurious and comfortable Attic Casa Assle is an oasis of style next to the Cathedral of Seville. It seamlessly blends colorful, traditional, and contemporary elements, and has a strategic location for exploring the city.
This wonderful apartment is designed with your comfort in mind in mind.

Recently renovated with high quality materials and furnished with designer furniture, it is fully equipped with everything needed for a dream stay. It has a 43'TV with international channels, Bluetooth speaker with base for mobile devices and tablets (not included), a comfortable sofa bed in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee maker and a welcome kit that includes coffee, milk and cookies. In addition, you will find microwave, kettle, washing machine, ceramic stove and all necessary utensils.

The master bedroom features a spacious and comfortable bed with a light Nordic duvet. All bedding is 100% cotton. You will also have at your disposal a variety of pillows (available in the room), including viscoelastic, fiber and quadrants of 65x65 cm, to ensure a magnificent rest.The apartment has a built-in closet to store your clothes and belongings, as well as a free lockbox for your valuables.

The bathroom, high quality and with LED lighting, has a spacious shower with aloe vera gel-champo dispenser, hair dryer and a large mirror with first aid kit furniture.If you need it, you will also have at your disposal an iron, ironing board, clothesline and all the cleaning supplies you may need during your stay. Beautiful central location in Sevilla

Cassà Assale Luxury Penthouse was excellent accommodation for our one-week stay in Sevilla - centrally located, clean, comfortable bed, lots of space for two people, sufficiently appointed kitchen (a washer-dryer would have been a welcome addition for us as it was the second week of our vacation in Spain, but we made due), beautiful roof-top terrace and elevator access all made for great accommodation for a couple (there is a pull-out couch as well, but I’d recommend the place for a couple wanting a little luxury). The property manager (Juan from Hommyhome) responded quickly to queries while we were there (make sure you have WhatsApp on your phone) and met us promptly at the building when we arrived. It is on a walking street, so I don’t think a cab can take you to the door - but Sevilla is a walking city so that shouldn’t be an issue. It is minutes away on foot from many attractions and restaurants that Sevilla has to offer. We will definitely return.

L'appartement est très spacieux, propre et très bien situé dans le centre-ville historique, à quelques minutes à pied de la Giralda. Il y a beaucoup de magasins et de restaurants aux alentours. Le quartier est calme. Je recommande vivement cet appartement. L'agence est très réactive, taxi réservé via l'agence pour l'aller et le retour depuis l'aéroport. Tout était parfait, le soleil était au rendez-vous.

Great apartment .

The standard of the apartment was very good ..Inside everything was first class ....the collection from the airport and meeting was exceptional. Thank you The surveillance cameras on the terrace must be removed as they are very intrusive and give the impression of always being watched and an unsafe feeling to the property. It is not a prison you are renting .only one in the downstairs entrance should be necessary .That would be the one complaint and put me from booking again . and stops me from giving you 5 stars.

Beautiful, comfortable accommodation in the heart of the city

The apartment was a lot more beautiful than I imagined it to be. Large, spacious and bright! A few plus points to this apartment: (1) Location was amazing. Just a short walk away from the cathedral, and 15 to 30 minutes walk to all the other attractions in Sevilla. (2) Real good air-conditioning in the apartment - works wonders when it's blazing at 40 over degrees outside. (3) There's a lift to the apartment - good news especially after having lugged your luggage from the airportcarpark. The only thing I wished the apartment had was a washer/dryer. :)
