'Place was very convenient to the beach and Atlantic Beach restaurants. Small but had everything I needed! Kitchen was well stocked for a couple or small family. It’s a little weird not having a bathroom sink, but the kitchen sink is directly outside the bathroom door and there is a mirror behind the sink so it didn’t feel too odd, and the full size shower was nice. Appreciated the beach chairs available and the cold ac! Only recommendation would be to make the door easier to lock, deadbolt is a...

'The entire family loved the house, the location and of course the beach. A perfect vacation that will probably be repeated.'

'House was super clean! Porch was lovely. The pool is nice sized and plenty of furniture for lounging. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Very short (5 minutes) walk to beach. Beach was wonderful! Not crowded at all; kids loved every minute of it. We’ve been to lots of beaches along the East coast and Emerald Isle is a favorite. Glenn was a great host and other than seeing them one time, we didn’t even know they were there. Great communication. Would definitely stay again! '

'Great unit at “A place at the beach”'

'We loved our stay at this cottage! The front porch with rockers was our favorite feature as was the charm of this historic place. It included everything we might need for the kitchen, and plenty of towels. The host was super responsive and helpful. It was a quick walk to the fun downtown/waterfront area. We highly recommend!'

'Isle Stay Awhile was amazing! Getting to stay right beside the ocean was just the best, most convenient thing. No packing giant loads of things to take to the beach because we could just run back up to the house to get lunch or more water or whatever else we needed. It was wonderful! The house was amazing! So many amenities, including everything you need in the kitchen, several items for the beach, and ample supplies of toiletries. Adina and Todd were excellent hosts! I definitely hope to come...

'I booked this place last minute on Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect for my family! Plenty of room for my husband, myself, and my 8 and 9 year old sons. Best of both worlds with the ocean a short walk away as well as the sound. My sons enjoyed the large pool as well!'

'We had a wonderful time! We loved the condo! The place was beautiful! Emerald Isle is the most beautiful beach in North Carolina! Everything that was described by the host and the website were very accurate. There were no surprises. The beach view was amazing! We will definitely return next year!'

'The condo was very clean and updated nicely, beds were very comfy. We stayed here just for one night while we visited friends and it met all our needs. Neighbors were quiet and we were all able to get a good night's sleep. The only slightly misleading thing was the beach access: I thought it was adjacent to the property, but it's actually across the road--there is a crossing with lights, however. We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting with lots of chairs and shade. Definitely would...
