'The only reason I was willing to pay the nightly rate was for the hot tub. It wasn’t working 😒 waffles at breakfast were delicious. I wouldn’t walk around in the room barefoot or sleep on the sheets/pillows. I carry my own for that reason. Advertised “mountain view” as part of the room when selecting mine was not a mountain view at all and the windows were so dirty you couldn’t see out of them.'

'Good for the price! Front desk clerk is rude and doesn’t want to be bothered with your business!'

'Perfect location for dinner and wineries. Only complaint is the floors in the apartment and around the building were dirty'

There are no working elevators and the hallway downstairs smelled horrible and sour. Everything is out of order basically...the downstairs bathrooms,...

'We chose for location but were greeted by bugs and unexpected filth, omg'
