The owner wanted us to pay upon arrival, claiming not to have received booking confirmation (this has happened often to us in Azerbaijan), but he accepted the proof of having already paid and confirmed reception of payment the next day.'

'Our experience at Gabala 7 Gozel Hotel was very disappointing. We checked in at 14:00 as scheduled, but our room was not ready, and we had to wait around 30 minutes.
