'Excellent location'

'We spent our last night in Ireland at the CarryGerry Country House. It is located within 15 minutes of the Shannon Airport and is in a picturesque setting (cows grazing in a field, narrow country roads). The venue itself was a disappointment, while picturesque, the actual building and accommodation seemed worn and outdated. The breakfast was fine, but we had better at smaller B&Bs. Except for the proximity to the airport, we did not find this to be a good value.'

'This place was clean, quiet, and safe, and is in a pretty setting near/on estate lands. Very convenient from the highway for access to local tourist spots and Shannon Airport. The hotel is super large and sprawling. It seems to be very popular with young families. At our Expedia rate it was pretty basic in terms of amenities. We took a look at the breakfast, which wasn't included in our rate, and it also seemed basic, so we gave it a pass. Great local bakeries and other spots to choose from...

'Beautiful spacious room with ocean view. plenty of parking available. Short 5 min drive to Doolin and Doolin ferry to Aran islands. Highly recommend '
