'We were not there much because we had a family wedding on Saturday, but we did enjoy the peacefulness and the view of the lake as well as a well supplied cottage my only complaint was the coffee pot. It needs to have some vinegar run through it because it’s quite clogged up and took forever to make coffee other than that. Everything was great.'

'The cottage was modern inside. Kitchen had all new appliances with great storage. The bathroom was nice and the back room was equipped with laundry and all cleaning supplies. The view of the lake from the cottage was amazing. We ate every meal on the deck outside so we could take it in. It was a similar view from the fire pit as well. 'We had a beautiful few days. It was extremely hot outdoors in the sun but the shade from the trees, roofed back deck over looking the lake, two gazebos and enjoying the lake kept us comfortable and the multi-zone heat pump with indoor units in each room kept us cool inside. We enjoyed the stand up paddle boards on the lake and lazing on the dock Great cottage and yard. Hosts were very thoughtful, welcoming and responsive. Thank you! '

'There are a few awkward places to step, like by the bbq corner of deck, not a lot of room for error, very easy to misstep and fall off the deck and land on the stairs. And getting from the land onto the dock, had be careful not to slip with the gap. But other than those minor things to be aware of, the cottage was wonderful. 'The log home is the perfect place to spend quality time with family and unwind in nature. Gary was extremely helpful with getting us acquainted with the property. Sharing his love for the stars was a special treat and was an incredible experience. It's a great location to see the night sky. 'Had an incredible two-night getaway with my wife! The cottage is very nice and clean with everything you need for an off-grid stay! The lake was very quiet and the floating dock was great for swimming. The standup paddle boards were a lot of fun to use! Westport is a nice little town near by if you need to pick anything up. 'Very nice, private site with lots of forested area around. The tent is spaceous and cozy with comfortable, warm beds and all of the amenities. The kitchen gazebo was well stocked for dishes and cooking equipment, as well as minifridge, stove and bbq. Latchable cabinets for food storage as well. The site is very well maintained and clean. The nighttime lighting really creates a relaxing ambiance. Sibo and Gee are lovely hosts. 10/10 would recommend!'

'The cottage was just how it looked online. It is clean and well equipped. Outdoor water equipment, a bbq, and a beautiful deck with a picnic table. Inside the cottage is spacious and well laid out. The only thing that was not what I thought was the outdoor grass area. In the pictures I thought it was a yard my dog could run around in but it is more like a grassy space for the dog to go to the bathroom only. She enjoyed swimming instead though. Great trip!'
