heeft een schieteren uitzicht aan de zee en zeker niet de laatest keer
het is echt een hotel om uit te rusten, de werknemers zijn vriendelijk, hij ligt aan zee, je kan van de zon ondergaan en schijnen genieten, 5 minu van de centrum(naima buy) 8 minu van de oude mark waar je lekker en goedkoop kan eten ik ga zeker terug

HORRIBLE STAY
-Deluxe room as booked but can't be even normal!! It was room #1127 -Rude rescue team at the pool and impolite way in speaking to gusets and their managers is taking no action at all to stop that. - Room full of ants and insects, cleaning level is a disaster , i have to call to bring some one to take the trash! -Ants were found also in my drink at Ramsis restaurant at the hotel and the guy comfortably said it won't be the last problem!! -Not recommended at all

My first and last time such hotel !
I booked upon recommendation of my friend about how amazing the hotel is and stayed in room 1127. Since i entered the room the problems has started. The room supposed to be deluxe one but it was full of insects "ants" and my baby was harmed by them many times !! They said they clean the room every 48 hours but nothing happened, i even have to call to bring some one to take the trash!!!. I found ants in my drink at the restaurant "RAMSIS ONE"! and when I called the guy to show it to him , he looked in the glass saying i am not saying anything although it was on the surface!! then said that such problems happened a lot and this will not be the last time for having such problems so sorry by any way!! I actually dont know how he could speak in such way to a customer till now!.The electric stairs was damaged and i have to climb the huge amounts of stairs lifting my baby stroller just to reach to the restaurant!, The rescue team working on the pool are more than rude, speak in un proper way with my wife to prohibit her from going to the swimming pool claiming that time is ended although it was 5 pm and when we called the Mr Mohamed from the reception, he said no time is still on till 7pm !!! and the guy should not said that and advised if it repeats again just let him know without even taking any action with him!! Very disappointing place, do not recommend it at all.

Nice stay but...
Good place but more suitable in summer rather than in winter because adult bool is not heated but kids pool is heated. Rooms some are new and amazing others are old so always choose renovated rooms otherwise amazing place

Horrible hotel, staff are unfriendly and impolite. Room was not clean, and many prostitutes are with guests and when we complained to the managers they said they can't interfer. Shame on you.

The resort itself is absolutely lovely. I had the most relaxing time. The man named Mohammed who manages the ramses is awesome. Very friendly. Food was not too my liking at ramses but some may find it great. The good thing is there are options. Issue I have is with the reception and check in. I booked through hotels.com and booked full board. On arrival I was told it was breakfast only. The people at reception were not very helpful despite me showing them the confirmation. I was told that they would try to sort out the issue but nothing was done in the 3 nights I was there.

Disappointing stay
I wouldn't return! Was on an AI basis for Christmas and new year but everything was extra extra extra.. Ramses restaurant is pure chaos always dirty tables not being cleaned which left an impression of bad management, the snack bar was a joke just a hot cupboard with maybe a slice of pizza or a falafel no menu to order a sandwich or anything.. this hotel is not 5 stars. Sky lounge was nice in an evening and the staff were lovely but very disappointed that there was no entertainment for guests on NY eve everybody was thinking what's happening so one of the staff found some music through you tube and put it on the sound system so at least we had something,they wanted 120 dollars per person to go into the Cleopatra lounge for some entertainment not everybody wanted that. I emailed the general manager about my concerns but he couldn't even reply to me just a phone call to my husband to say this was company policy.. I left this hotel thinking never again..

Best Hotel Ever
It was the best stay ever, I enjoyed every single detail in the hotel, the staff whether the reception staff, the restaurant staff the pool or any other employee was so cheerful and friendly, they offer you any help before you even ask. The check in procedures were so quickly, it did not take 10 minutes! The room was lovely with a sea view, the sea is amazing, the food is good with a good varieties. i can him the hotel 5 of 5 and sure will come again

Nice swimming pool and beach
This Hotel is a perfect spot if you want a quiet place near the sea to spend your vacation. The swimming pool is huge and clean with different depth areas clearly marked on the edges. Access to the beautiful Red sea water Good food and service.

Large resort and good location
Rooms have good size but old furniture. Food not attractive as 5 stars! location is very good half way between Center and Airport, but you may not need to leave the resort, you have everything you need.

Not good. Expensive with less facilities.
It was not a good stay. The room was not equipped with free wifi. The dinner was without soft drinks even water was not free.The room price which i got from hotel.com was not correct. The hotel demanded from me more price which forcefully i have paid.

ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES EVER - EGYPT
This is a really great hotel located in an amazing area near to Neama Bay (shopping and outing area) and it has a very professional staff, know what they do, they are welcoming, nice, patient, smiling, helpful, generous and polite. Money paid are way cheap in comparison to services received of lodging, restaurants, resort and all other types of services. I strongly recommend anyone who is heading to Sharm El Sheikh soon to try this incredible experience with their every night fun programs and all the services that I have to say it's literally a high level one.
