Fijn hotel.
Voor ons was het de tweede keer in het Fanara. Heerlijke zwembaden, prachtig uitzicht op zee, lekker strand en tussen door behoorlijke snacks bij het het zwembad. Het eten was gewoon, het blijft natuurlijk hoteleten. Wat ons tegenviel was het eten in het aparte restaurant. Het leek wel alsof alles ruim te voren klaar gemaakt was en meteen geserveerd werd. Niet zo smakelijk als we verwachtten. Voor de rest een prima hotel. Fijn personeel, servicegericht, heel aardig en behulpzaam. De omgeving is niet zo denderend. Je moet met de taxi naar de verschillende plekken waar winkeltjes zijn. Wifi was niet denderend.

Hotelin kendi mercan kayalıgı var.herşey mükemeldi.yine gelsem burada kalırım. Özellikle animötürcüleri cok ilgili ve eglenmeniz için herseyi yapıyorlar. Benim bu oteldeki favori nesnem snack barın yanindaki dondurma dolabi oldu :))

lovely hotel on the beach. grounds and pools at the hotel were lovely. food was excellent and staff very helpful. had an issue with the patio door. it was fixed promptly.

I have had a wonderful week. The chill out pool wqs my favorite place to be. One of the best rhings about this hotel is that they dont blast music at the pools so you can propely relax. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Bug shout out to Mohammed who worked at the Gazella resteraunt! He was friendly, attentive and just a cooo guy. The food was good, especially the Italian resteraunt. I would say here again!

Beautiful resort, very clean. The pool was beautiful beach was great. The staff at the beach and the pool absolutely amazing. The room was great but very far away from the beach and the pool we were in the residences. The food was absolutely delicious my hat off to the chef breakfast Lunch and dinner was amazing. The staff was great except for one waiter who works at the pool cafe he was so rude made us feel awful. Very unprofessional just made us not want to eat the pool.

The property is breath taking, we had the family suit which is a bit far from the pool and beach,kids room was good, the master had a foul smell the entire time and we couldn’t air it out as the mosquito situation was insane. The food was AMAZING! Everything served for breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner was to die for. The staff is super friendly and extremely accommodating. If you have an early morning flight back to Cairo please get a private cab as the hotel does not have cabs standing outside all hours of the night contrary to what the concierge says. Over all it was a very nice vacation, would definitely come back.

Great hotel
Nice hotel. Very clean. Good food and cocktails. Loved the coffee in the bars. Fantastic beach and snorkeling. Very nice staff. Only gripe was that all standard rooms are upstairs so if you have mobility problems you need to pay more to stay here. Forpeople with no issues then this is nit a problem

Great hotel in great location
Great hotel. Fantastic location with good house reef. Hotel very clean and they have a number of initiatives to be covid safe. Food and cocktails excellent. Can get good coffee in bars. Nice to have a quiet pool. Only slight issue was if you were elderly or poor mobility the standard rooms were all upstairs so you need to pay extra if you want a more accesible room. Staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and efficient.

Lovely
The resort is beautiful and clean. It’s right on the Red Sea, we didn’t even need to book a boat to snorkel. Our only complaint was the food.

Arriviamo e trovo già la prima sorpresa ... la zona che avevo prenotato l’avrebbero chiusa il giorno dopo è senza avvisarmi sono stata spostata in altra zona... entro in camera e... sporco ovunque ... tra cui unghie rimaste lì per terra per diversi giorni.. finché nn ho fatto notare la cosa alla reception... unico punto di forza la spiaggia con quel mare ma devono migliorare molto .... tralasciando il mangiare che comunque per una settimana ci si può adattare ...

Отдыхали в феврале 1 неделю. Понравилось море, риф, еда, напитки, расположение отеля, обслуживание официантов, анимация. Не понравилось ремонт на территории резиденс, старые семейные номера, заселение в номер без горячей воды, работа отдельных сотрудников на рецепшн- сотрудники на рецепшн не реагировали ни на одну нашу просьбу. Только благодаря девочкам гест-релейшн нам в конце 1 дня в номере сделали горячую воду, на следующий день переселили в другой номер, застелили в номере 2 кровати для детей. В целом отдых понравился. Отдельное спасибо гест-релейшн. Очень хочется вернуться сюда ещё, только после ремонта и реновации семейных номеров.

Good hotel with private beach
I stayed in this hotel in February 2017 for one week. Staff friendly and waiting for us when we arrived late at 2 o'clock pm. Even served us a light meal! We upgraded the room and was very happy with location close to pool and beach.

Wonderful resort
As a repeater guest at Iberotel Fanara (new name Jaz Fanara) I can say once again I will come back again to this resort from Sharm el Sheikh. All staff, from cleaning, housekeeping, bars, main dining room, beach side, security, front desk, entertainment, management, is doing its best to make happy and feel important each guest accommodated at Fanara. They are all the time smiling and willing to help each guest. Al staff is doing its job both in a very professional manner and in a personal way with such respect and warmth for each guest. The green areas, the grass, the palms, the flowers are very well maintained. Each time I can note the improvements of the resort, such as cleaning all over the resort, the beach sand and the involving of the staff from the beach to preserve these treasure of corals reef. The Coral Reef is gorgeous! The best place from Sharm resorts for snorkeling and diving! Even most of the guests are Russian, I would warmly recommend again and again Fanara to all. Thank you again Fanara for a wonderful holiday and see you soon!

Разместили в номере далеко от моря, хотя ближе было много по той же цене пустующих. С большим трудом уговорили переселить ближе (возраст: лет 50-60 назад нас бы всё устроило). Очень понравился шустрый и аккуратный молодой человек по имени Рамадан, который убирал наш номер. У гостиницы прекрасный пляж и отличный риф. Питание хорошее и разнообразное.

Superb service! Like some negative reviews say, it was a little walk to the .. beach but all very acceptable. The buffet tasted a bit plain all the time, but there was good variety. They have to cater for all needs, you won't find any better in other resorts. We did have a problem with the aircon units in the room, but after noting that to the staff it was fixed within an hour. I really liked the complimentary snorkeling gear and alcoholic drinks! Cheers!

Très beau séjour , récif exceptionnel,chambre top malgré le supplément. 2 points noir ,la nourriture n'est pas au niveau. La qualité des plats peut être améliorées très simplement. Après je sais par expérience que l'Egypte n'est pas non plus un haut lieu pour la gastronomie. L'animation non plus n'est pas au niveau ,dommage car il y a un grand potentiel. Le personnel est super et très serviable merci. Club de plongé chère mais très professionnel et sympathique.

Very nice hotel
Nice hotel caters to a all ages. Great dive shop on site. I,'ve been to sharm el sheik before so I knew the spa guys would get me. However I had the best facials from Haisal (Don't) know how to spell his name and a massage from a lady which left my skin silky smooth. I had no problems with the food. I was the only British person there, but the Russians and Germans were friendly. I would go again
