We were expecting a lot of more from a Sheraton... Our time was good thanks to the staff, since the facilities are not at the best shape. The buffet is in general just average, despite having paid the "all inclusive" no many options. It is questionable for a big brand name, still being using single-use plastic, specially for cutlery at the restaurant and at the beach, when there are many eco-friendly alternatives.

Taxi service is a scam from front desk and bell hops. I had to call the manager Waheed to get a regular taxi which only costs 400 EGP compared to the scam of no taxis available so must take limousine for 1000 EGP. How can a Sheraton not have available taxis?

Avete presente un cantiere a cielo aperto? Ecco come era lo Sheraton in questi giorni.Sono stata in questo hotel anni fa e l'ho trovato peggiorato in modo impressionante.Se la catena Sheraton ha programmato lavori avrebbe dovuto chiudere l''hotel non lasciarlo aperto con rischio anche per gli ospiti che si sono trovati a dover " zizzagare" tra pavimenti con cemento fresco, ponteggi , vetri da cambiare depositati ovunque, scarsa pulizia dopo i lavori... L'unica positività è stata la spiaggia,pulita e curata e la pulizia della camera. Il resto è lasciato al caso .Non esiste una dirigenza che controlli il ristorante ( menù decisamente scarso) e assolutamente limitato come spazi, i bar.... Trovare un'acqua con gas è stata un'impresa epica.I bagni comuni non venivano puliti regolarmente!! Un vero peccato perchè la location è ottima ma l'organizzazione inesistente. Tutto abbandonato a sè stesso...

La struttura molto bella ,ascensore di vetro con vista mare ,camere stupende con arredamento perfetto. Spiaggia bellissima con la barriera lunga 1 km . В целом всё понравилось. Большой чистый пляж. Большая территория. Есть проминад вдоль моря. Хороший кораловый риф. Спокойное море благодаря заливу. Неделей ранее останавливались в Grand Plaza так там давали заходить в море только после 15:00 из-за высоких волн. Чистые номера, но старая мебель, продавленый матрас. Все двери скрипят. Дверь в ванну раздвижная без ручек и по этому тяжело открывать. Большой балкон с прямым видом на море и завораживающий рассвет. Быстрое обслуживание номера. Сразу после звонка нам приносили всё в номер. Вкусное и разнообразное питание. Есть часы когда ресторан перегружен и не хватает свободных столов. Официанты долго подают напитки , путают или забывают принести. На всех барах в отеле делают не вкусные коктели, пиво не достаточно холодное, белое вино отвратительное. На территории отеля открыты 3 бассейна, чистка которых выполняется во время купания. Я плавал в бассейне возле diving clab и его пылесосили в 11:00,что очень мешало плавать. Анимация скучгая. Подводя итог хотел бы отметить, что общая оценка на Hotels.com занижена .

Got scammed by a hotel employee
The stay was perfect, until I was sitting on the beach and I got solicited by a hotel employee for a speed boat ride, I saw the offer, liked it paid for it, it was scheduled to go 10 AM the next day, however no one was there to pick me up, done endless phone calls still no response I went to the hotel reception to make a complaint they verified the person who took my money works for a company affiliated with the hotel, and they gave me the phone number for the company manager, he was so nice and he said he’ll send it over through any mobile carrier cash wallet, I didn’t have one at a time, so I told them I’ll call you when I get home so I did, everytime I call him he says he’ll send it within 5 minutes and he never do. Just got sick of it.

Hotel dit de 4 étoiles sauf qu'il en vaut bien 1 seule juste pour la vue et pour le staff. Autrement tout est défraichis vraiment hôtel en mauvaise état meubles vieillots, rideaux gris jaune certainement jamais lavés ou changés. Matelas creusés, canapé sale, douche avec moisissures, rideaux de douche idem, téléphone jaunie par le temps peur de le prendre en main. Pas de WIFI zéro connexion. SPA une horreur vraiment ne pas s'y rendre, j'ai payé 30 euros un hamam horrible un massage affreux ou la femme pensait peut être pétrir une pâte a pain, elle étant en vision avec un homme pendant un laps de temps ou j'étais avec un masque au visage, elle n'était pas professionnelle et osé me poser des questions privées. Le petit déjeuner était pas super mas le staff faisait de son mieux pour nous satisfaire avec les petit moyen qui leur est alloué. L'hôtel n'est pas proche de la ville et ne donne pas accès direct à la route il faut marcher 35min au moins pour arriver à la grande route. Il est isolé donc des petits commerces ou de la vie de la ville. Donc prévoir une somme pour les déplacements en taxi ou une location de voiture. Seul point positif les chambres sont tous vue sur mer et le personnel de l'établissement qui font de leur mieux. SHERATON doit donner les moyens a son hôtel pour survivre dans le temps. En acceptant de baisser les prix et de devenir un 1 étoile en attendant de grosse rénovation.

Beautiful view from the room to the ocean but the hotel needs a lot of updates the room is old tje bed is older and not comfortable

Not good: cockroach in the room, dirty pool with stains, unprofessional staff, very bad & tasteless food. Overrated price compared to the price and to other 5 star hotels in the area. Good: room was comfortable, beach was good for snorkeling.

Worst hotel ever
Allt var jätte dåligt . Från att vi landa i hotellet till att vi lämna . När vi väl checkar in är rummet smutsigt och vi ber om att få det städat, de säger att de inte kan göra de nu o att det får vänta till morgondagen . Dagen efter när de ska städa rummet så hittar vi hår i lakanen. Vi ber om en kompensation och får checka in på en svit som var värre än förra rummet.
