dear valued guest it was our pleasure to have you here in our hotel .... please accept our apology that we didn't meet your expectations but you asked for service we dont have we have good rooms and good service, our staff is helpful we tried to help you but you wanted water in the room which we dont have, your reservation was a bed only and you asked for free meals and drinks which is must be with extra charge.... after all thanks for your evaluation .

Hotel is in pretty good condition for a 4 star hotel, staff is very helpful and kind and location is great, easy and nice walk to the Old market. The food is most definitely not worth the money, the food outside was much better.
