  • Awesome 1860’s farmhouse that can accommodate up to 18 guests! The guest house features three bedrooms and a huge loft above the master suite. Perfect location next to the Shenango Lake (Marina Next door) where guests can enjoy a summer vacation on the water! Bring your own boat and dock it next door at NorthStar Marina for the week or launch it at the public boat launch three doors down from the guest house. This property is also ideal for hunting groups during hunting season with plenty of public hunting nearby! Also an awesome spot to lodge during winter for those who want to do some ice fishing on the Shenango Lake. Our Guest house provides everything you need to prepare a meal and more. All kitchenware provided. All linens for bedding and all towels/wash clothes provided. Outdoor grill provided on the rear deck. Enjoy the front and rear covered patios or sit around the campfire ring near the house. Plenty of wood available nearby.

    Please note that this property adjoins our wedding venue next door called Amazing Grace Barn. The two are separate properties. Ideal for guests looking to get married at our venue for out of town guests or bridal parties who all want to stay onsite for the weekend or wedding night. The space was great for my family. Nice livingroom and kitchen areas. Good outdoor space too. Host was very responsive.

This was a great home for a large family gathering, outdoors and indoors. It was very clean and spacious. There was no grill or coffee maker, but owner purchased them while we were there. It also could use a toaster and additional coffee cups, since there were only 3. The host was very pleasant and accommodating. We did think the price was much too high for the area.

The property was poorly cleaned. crumbs and bugs in the refrigerator, hair in the shower, shower curtain half torn off. Wet laundry left in washer. WIFI speed so slow it was not usable, constant buffering on TV. Several safety issues: Main stairway was completely open on one side. Stairway to loft/bunk room had no railings on either side and the opening at the top had no railings around the opening. the gate to the pool did not have a auto close, only a bugee cord to hold it closed. Lost water the second day, only 1 of 11 people could get cleaned up before leaving. Owner only adjustment was the cleaning fee. I would not recommend this place.
