'The place is nothing like the pictures and the address does not take you directly to the place. The house is in the middle on nowhere and the house keeper is rude. They didn’t confirm my arrival. Property was locked when I showed up I had to banged on gate and get help from the neighbor for 1 hour before the rude housekeeper came in short no top on and never apologized. Do not book with that place '

'I liked having a pool and it was located across the street from The Magdalena Grand Golf Course and Hotel where my family was staying. I took a video but it does not allow video uploads so this is the only two screenshots I was not able to get from it. But all the pictures posted on their website are exactly the same. Ronald was very pleasant and provided necessities I needed like an iron and ironing board. The bed was very comfortable, I would definitely stay there again beach is close by but...

'Everything was god, the only bad thing was there were lots of mosquitoes in the room. They did spray a few times, but they kept coming back. Other than that it was a good experience. Front desk was also very nice and attentive. Pool was also nice and warm.'

'The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. '

'The airco was most of the week not working in our room and therefore it was really to hot on the hotel room. We asked for this services, but it was not done. The buffet for lunch and diner was closed because the hotelmanagement decided that there were not enough guests in the hotel to prepare lunch and diner buffet. I think this was not a guest-friendly decision. We could only use the fine dining restaurant which we did for 1 night. The food there was low quality and extremely high price, so...

'Het was een erg leuke reis, een prachtig land. Kamers waren netjes, op loopafstand waren stranden, maar niet echt mooie. Veel dagen vermaakt met de eigenaar op trip. Erg leuk, niet consequent in prijs. '

Niet alle faciliteiten open:zwembad bar dicht, groot terras met mooi uitzicht dicht, alleen ontbijt en de keuken de rest van de dag dicht . Geen matrassen op de zwembad bedden. Oude meubels op balkon. Achterstallig onderhoud van hotel. Geen airport shuttle, wel taxi geregeld (tegen betaling) door hotel.'

'The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back.'
