'Room was clean and we basically had a good nights rest. The room we were assigned to 1st had no heat only cold air blowing. However we were given a different room which was fine. Would definitely stay there again.'

'Found garbage in the fridge a bug in our tub and the fire place barley even work flam was so low couldnt even see it and it was noisy in the morning alot of slamming doors'

'We asked the front desk clerk why there is no hot tub (spa) when advertised on their website. She said they don't advertised hot tub when we can clearly see pictures and written in black and white it on their website. We figure out after that the hot tub was there but not functionnal and they cover it with a sheet of plywood. The front desk clerk had a frustrated and rude tone when she answered us instead of just saying : sorry, the hot tub is not functionnal...'

'Great receptionist helped to put us in a room on the ground floor to accommodate my wife's injured leg. Lots offered for complimentary breakfast Right beside Casino New Brunswick. Decent price.'
