Nestled within this new build residential development is this larger than average apartment studio. A space full of soothing white, black and grey tones with a sprinkle of yellow woodwork, opulent furnishing and décor to give you a relaxing stay in the steel city of Sheffield.

Providing an open plan living area with a two-seater sofa and a rocking egg chair. a smart 43" TV connected to the internet for guest entertainment. the mood changing ceiling lights surely spot the spaces.

The sleeping area has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside lamps for convenience. There's a dedicated wifi connection for the apartment and an iron and ironing board is provided in the closet.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all amenities including Tea, coffee condiments, fridge freezer, microwave grill oven, and all cooking utensils and basic cooking spices to suit long-term guests and short-stay nomads.

The bathroom has a shower and all toiletries and towels are provided including a hairdryer.
Guest access
The guest have access to the entire apartment, including the laundry and an underground gated parking on request. Access is provided via a smart keybox in front of the building.
