Dear Guest Thank you for your feedback and we would like to say that all feedback is taken very seriously. Firstly we are glad to hear the you enjoyed your location and facilities in your apartment. Secondly we are saddened to hear thet there was two areas that you did not enjoy. The mattress has been checked after you had checked out and albeit there was no issues found we appreciate the feedback as this was the first time it has been brought to our attention. Since you checked out no other guest has mentioned this and so we do understand mattresses are not to everyone's taste and these were orthopedic mattresses and so firmer. We will monitor and if it is brough to our attention again we will look into the mattress types we offer in the future. With regards to the fan the fan are trickle vents and so run silently throughout the day circulating the air in the apartment. When the bathroom is used the fan turns to boost and so if this is left on it will keep on boost. If guests let us know we do explain this and also if there is a fan issue then they can be turned off and so any guest informing us of so will be instructed on how to turn them off.
