Access to the apartment is via a private entrance inside Bessemer House, one of Sheffield’s most iconic buildings. Once the headquarters of the Bessemer Steel Company, the building stands proudly in the city’s historic Industrial Quarter, seamlessly blending heritage architecture with modern-day comfort.

Built in 1901, Bessemer House was named after Sir Henry Bessemer, who revolutionised steelmaking in the 1850s with his groundbreaking process. His innovation transformed Sheffield into a global steel powerhouse, earning the city its proud title of Steel City. Check-in time is usually after 3 pm, and check-out time is usually before 11 am. We offer a range of extras to make your stay even easier. Early check-in/Late check-out (£10/hr), pet cleaning fee (£20), travel cot hire (£20), mid-stay cleaning (£35), and extra linen/towels (£10). Need groceries pre-stocked or luggage storage?
