Charming Bunkhouse with AC on working farm in Shelby

Welcome to the Bunkhouse! Situated on an old dairy farm, guests can unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet. We salvaged part of the original milking parlor and turned it into this unique and quaint bunkhouse. Enjoy views of the original feed silo and our newly built cattle barn and event facility. The sunsets are amazing and you may even have our Hereford cows in the pastures to greet you in the evenings!

Located in south Cleveland County, we are just 10 minutes from Uptown Shelby, 10 minutes from I-85, and convenient to Kings Mountain and Gaffney. You are sure to enjoy all the quirky features of this reclaimed building!

Perfect for up to 4 guests, our little cabin has a cozy living area with a sofa, tv, and kitchenette. Wifi, Amazon Prime, and Netflix are available. The bedroom includes 2 brand new bunkbeds and seating. All linens are included, but you will need to make up your beds when you arrive. The bathroom is generously sized with reclaimed tin in the shower and plenty of hooks for towels! We also provide coffee pods, sweeteners, and assorted snacks.

Area activities include Kings Mountain State Park, Crowder's Mountain, Don Gibson Theatre, Earl Scruggs Center, several vineyards, and shopping in Uptown Shelby. Local restaurant and activity guide is kept at the bunkhouse.

Please note this is a converted structure on a working farm. We do our best to control bugs and dust, but sometimes they sneak in right before your arrival! Thank you for understanding. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our cabin.
