'Clean'

'Het hotel is netjes en de kamers zijn schoon met comfortabele bedden. Het was druk toen we er waren, dus ook druk bij het ontbijt maar dit was wel goed geregeld. De parkeerplekken waren allemaal in gebruik en als het hotel vol is dan vraag ik me af of er wel voldoende parkeerplekken aanwezig zijn. Het hotel is prima maar ze mogen wel nadenken waar ze de leerlingen van scholen plaatsen. Wij hebben hierdoor overlast ervaren. 'We really enjoy this property! We've stayed 3 times so far and will definitely return for future stays. The area is beautiful and invokes relaxation, the accommodations are very comfortable and convenient and there are ample activities to engage in or you can just relax. Breakfast, which is included, never disappoints, the portions are very filling and delicious. I highly recommend. On a side note, the cottages would benefit from a refresh to maintain their allure.'

'The room had trash on the floor, used hand towels shoved near the toilet paper, mold inside the wall decor frame, moldy lamp shade on desk and wires visibly tangled in the bottom corner of the AC unit. All issues could be prevented easily with properly performing the daily duties.'

'The staff at check-in were very helpful answering questions about the area. The room was very clean and the location was great. Easy in and out going out the back with all the traffic.'

'We stayed at Indigo from 6/30 - 7/3.... It was our first time visiting the Gulf Shores and it was a great stay. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were turned over daily and the hotel is in the perfect location. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to other friends and family'

'We thought the room came with free breakfast so that stunned us since they didnt tell me we had to pay for it while I was asking about it. I had alot of difficulty trying to add 1 nite to our stay and they wouldnt let me have it at the same price I had booked for. They added $160 to the price I paid so we didnt add the extra nite.'

'We arrived. The lady who checked us in, she was super friendly, professional and nice. She accomodated us in everyway. The problem did not lie with her. The first room we checked into, the one bed had stained bed linens. It looked like someone had took and wiped themselves with the fitted sheet. The room, even the new room we were assigned smelled musty. Terribly musty. The outside door on the end of the building wouldnt close properly. Anyone could come and go. 'Floor was sandy which made it difficult to keep sand out of the bed sheets, stayed 4 nights was only given 1 roll of toilet paper(asked for an extra on the 2nd morning never received) purchased our own, room was against the laundry room which was noisy all hours of the day/night, air vents in room 105 was either broke or loose which rattled when the air ran, the pool was ok but was really small, and to finalize our stay there was a electrical fire 3 rooms down the hallway at 11pm. We gave up on...
