Absolutely perfect
This is the most well-equipped vacation rental I've ever stayed in. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance or utensil you could possibly need. Every time I thought "oh, I wonder if they have a--" I would discover that they did have whatever I was looking for! Bed and linens were super comfortable, plenty of towels, and lots of little touches like boxes of tissue in many rooms. The house is on a large enough lot with enough tree cover in the area that it felt very private even with a house across the street. Fun to play pool, and I took 3 baths in the large spa tub in the master bathroom. An extremely relaxing stay.

Dawnview Stay
The peaceful property at the end of a culdesac, is well maintained. It has one of the best rental kitchens we have ever experienced-super organized, well equipped with every shelf and drawer conveniently labeled. The beds were good, the rooms spacious and very clean with stocked linens and amenities. Blackberries located on the property were fabulous. Everything about the home said, "Welcome!"

Great stay and would absolutely be happy to return. The only comment is to be aware that the location of the house is quite distant from the nearest city and amenities. We knew this and stocked up accordingly and enjoyed its quiet location and neighborhood but worth noting. The place was extremely well supplied and we had a great stay.

Beautiful home, would give 6 stars!
Very impressed with this home, I would say it’s the best stay I’ve experienced in a VRBO of the 10+ homes I’ve visited. Beautiful and quiet area, great views, peaceful - just perfect! The wrap around porch was perfect for enjoying the tranquility of the forest and the views of the sound. The lower living room was setup perfectly to sit and enjoy company while taking in the views. We were visited by several deer who would pass through the yard from the nearby wooded areas. The listing mentions that the house is fully stocked. We couldn’t believe how many things were available, anything you could possibly need or think of. Extra paper products, toiletries, plenty of extra blankets and pillows, games, movies, coffee, and tons of cooking utensils. Overall, you really just get a feeling that the owner put a lot of love into making sure this house felt like home! Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to anyone I know traveling to the area!

This property is the best vacation home my family has ever stayed in! The home is clean, cozy, spacious, stocked with any and everything you can need, and in a perfect location. Disc Golf Trip
This place was amazing, great views, great parking, home was beautiful. Host was responsive and very helpful. This was a fantastic place for us to stay while visiting our son at a disc golf tournament. The house had everything that you would need when traveling, kitchen was fully stocked with things that you would not bring along with you. Bedrooms were amazing, pool table and gathering area upstairs was where we spent most of our time when not on the course. and a working, clean grille, one of my favorite things.

All four of us (seniors,) appreciated, how well equipped this house was in terms of linens, paper, goods, soaps and lotions, etc. The kitchen is big enough for all four of us to be in there at one. Sitting on the porch in the chairs is delightful; watching the deer feed in the early evening was a treat; the peak of the water was welcome. My only recommendation would be to have a television on the main level. The low toilets were difficult for all four of us. Overall, however, I would highly recommend this property.

Very nice house. Great quiet neighborhood with lots of space and great views. It is the most well equipped rental home I've ever stayed in. Plenty of utensils, towels, appliances, etc. Lot's of comfortable seating throughout the house for lounging and relaxing. Highly recommend you stay here over other options in the area.

We had a great stay! The property owner, Kathy was so accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for us! Everything in the house is labeled which makes it super easy to find what you’re looking for and it was the best stocked Vrbo I’ve ever been to. If you needed something, she had it! Wonderful Stay in Washington!
We had a wonderful time in Washington and this home was a great home base. The house is very clean and comfortable with everything you could need already there for you! From spices, to detergent, to paper products, to toiletries, everything was there for us! We enjoyed watching the deer that came every day and got lucky enough to be able to catch a breathtaking glimpse of Mt. Rainier from the front yard on a clear day! We visited many spots on the peninsula for hiking in both Olympic National Park and Mt. Rainier National Park. Great house for a large family exploring the region!

Tranquil beautiful and so well maintained
6 friends who have traveled together for many years stayed at this house for the weekend. We all agreed we had not stayed at a vacation rental that was better equipped than this one. We all like to cook, and so do the owners who had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, paper products, and really- anything you might need. So many things to do for day trips if you made this home your base. Our agenda was pure relaxation, food and beverages, so we didn’t go far. If there is someone in your group with mobility issues, there are two bedrooms on the main floor. The only thing is the TV is in the upstairs loft living area (huge sectional and pool table). They would have to be able to navigate the stairs to watch TV.

Outstanding stay on the PNW
We could not have been happier with Kathy’s property near Arcadia Point. The house is roomy, clean, and beautifully scenic. The neighborhood is quiet and we saw more of the resident deer than we did of people. It’s centrally located to access Mt Rainier, Olympic, and many other sites of interest. The pool table was a hit with the family and we spent many hours competing and entertained. If we had it all to do again we’d definitely pick this Arcadia home again.

Fabulous house and location
The house was beautiful and located in a lovely, spacious neighborhood overlooking the Puget Sound. The property as large and a family of deer would visit every morning and evening. It was peaceful and relaxing, well equipped with all the things you need and those you didn't think you would need. Kathy was extremely accomodating when we requested last minute additions to the days. The house provided enough space for our family to enjoy each other, as well as space for us to have our own quiet time.

Our time here was great. The house was spotless with great decor and all the kitchen amenities you can think of and then some. We visited during a big snow. Wonderful place to hole up for a long weekend. No trouble accessing the property despite the snow. Kathy kept in good communication with us in helping prepare, we weren’t sure what the snow conditions would be like. She also stayed in touch to make sure things were going smoothly upon arrival. One of the best stocked rentals we’ve stayed at. Kathy thought of everything! We would love to come again in the summer. As described, the view is wonderful.

A great family vacation time
We spent 4 nights at Dawnview Retreat and it was fabulous. The property is extraordinary clean and spacious. We enjoyed the beautiful view of mount Rainier and Puget Sound, walked in the green lawn and played badminton in the open space. 4 deers greeted good morning every day :). The pantry is loaded with every essential and we also found batteries when one of our infants toy needed one. The billiard table is a superb addition and my son and myself spent a lot of time playing pool. There are plenty of books, DVDs and games available in the house for entertainment. Kathy is a superb host and she made sure we are fully comfortable in the house. She went extra mile to reschedule our trip at a last moments notice due to really bad weather. We can not thank Kathy enough for making this wonderful gateaway possible for us. we would love to come back again here.

Spring Break
This property was perfect for a family getaway for spring break. The neighborhood is super quiet and in a beautiful setting. There is a huge lawn for games. The inside of the house is the best-equipped house we've every rented. It's so comfortable and the huge kitchen perfect for family dinners in the evening. The loft area is great for games of pool and plenty of seating for movie watching. We drove into the Olympics for hikes and to Olympia for the farmer's market.
