'Great stay, and great staff. We didn’t notice the restaurant hours before arriving - would have likely coordinated our trip differently had we noticed what days they’re closed. That said, everything was great! Comfiest hotel bed ever. '

'Upscale hotel in a fabulous location. It's right across from Capital Grille, near Restoration Hardware and the Tommy Bahama bar. It is very clean and looks new. We will stay here again. '

'Smelled like moth balls when you stepped inside the elevator had an extremely strong order of marajuania the room smelt stale and there literally cockroaches crawling on the wall after sleeping for 3 hours exhausted from being at hospital near by with my father. My 73 year old mother and I were furious told front desk I was only offered another room and said they can’t control who rents a room!!!'

'Booked a 1 br with microwave and refrigerator. Got a room with 2beds, no refrigerator, and no microwave room was not very nice. Clean, but severeal lights dud not work. Over all room had holes in the rug, old furnishings such as dresser drawer stuck some could not stay open and some fell out. Not a nice hotel, will not go back there.'

'I had to book trip on very short notice. I see 50/night and 2 stars. I still book. Don't mind the worn bedding, scratched up tub. I do mind only one working outlet. The entire lobby is walled in due to element. You check in/out through a 12 x 12 inch opening in the wall. Never saw that in my.life'

'Nice to have a laundry and hot breakfast, plenty of coffee and juice. But the towels were thin, no wash cloths or hand towels'

'The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. We ordered dinner from the hotel and the salad had the most rancid croutons on it. We couldn't eat it. The flatbread was decent. It is a fine hotel, but the food choices could be better...'

'The room had several stains on the floor and bench. The outdoor amenities are very worn. The picture don’t match real life. The young lady that works the desk is very sweet and helpful. The bed and pillows were pretty comfy. Not a bad stay but not worth the price. '

'Best shower and blackout windows of entire trip. Very nice hotel. 2 out of 3 staff members exceptionally nice & friendly. Spacious comfortable room. Highly recommend.'
