'Enjoyed a 2 nite stay here while attending CATF theatre festival in Shepherdstown. Enjoyed the outdoor hottub after biking on C&O Canal towpath, and fantastic country breakfasts. Views to the west over Antietam battlefields are spectacular! Hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming, including the talking parrot! '
'It’s kind of an old hotel, but our room had been completely overhauled. Very clean, lots of outlets and usb ports, updated bathroom. Only stayed two nights and spent most of our time exploring Harper’s Ferry and nearby restaurants. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. One drawback, no elevator, but it’s only two stories so no big deal.'

'My stay was great, the only problem I had was the bathroom was not the cleanest but I was only staying for one night so it worked fine for me. Then the people that were staying below me were outside very late and talking very loud so that kept me up a little bit but that isn’t the motels fault or the employee’s fault.'

'The main thing I was worried about was being able to check in early because I had a winery concert event to go to and check-in is at 3PM and I was arriving at 11AM. When I arrived, my room was available, and I was able to check in early. The room was great, spacious, clean and smelled great. My only issue was there were no washcloths in the bathroom but that’s an easy fix and I called housekeeping and they brought them right up.
