Enjoy views towards Beeston Bump, with the beach just a 7-minute walk. Centrally heated with private parking, making it comfortable in all seasons.

The space
The whole property offers a comfortable, peaceful and relaxing stay in Sheringham, fully equipped for self-catering. The property consists of:
Living room with two, two seater sofas and large pouffe. Smart TV, electric wood burner style heater, side table and coffee tables.
Kitchen with table to sit 4, cream shaker style kitchen with welsh dresser and good lighting. Microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and inbuilt stove/oven. Butler sink.
Conservatory with work surface and washing machine. Outdoor chairs and folding table.

Upstairs: small landing from which you will find large front bedroom with views over the Common and Beeston Bump. Small en-suite shower and sink (no toilet)
Bathroom with bath and hand-held shower, sink and toilet.
Twin bedroom with two single beds, overlooking the allotments.

Outside: front garden, table and chairs with views over the common
rear garden, table/chairs and umbrella with views over the peaceful allotments.
