'There were continental breakfast items and drinks available round the clock. The beds were comfortable. Very quiet relaxing atmosphere but I would suppose that would depend on the other types of guests staying there at the same time as well. Great communication with host and very helpful. Anything that was needed ie. towels, it was delivered promptly. Overall nice stay. Definitely will stay there again. Great location. '

'Very nice spacious house, it was perfect for us for a weekend family stay. Everything was very clean and in good working order. However would recommend a new microwave, it took a very long time to heat food, also need shower curtain liner. Good communication with owner and answered all questions. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend! '

'Absolutely loved our stay. The owner thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The little things mean a lot to us, like having a space for glasses and meds on each side of the bed, space in the bathroom for your toiletries, body wash and shampoo provided, well stocked kitchen, a large table to have a family dinner and game night. Playing "Clue" was a favorite of the kids. Mine was watching the sunset and stars at night out the huge windows overlooking the lake. '

'Great property. Terrific communication with host. We really appreciated Julie’s flexibility as we had to change our dates a few times. Property was very clean, nicely decorated, and view is lake stunning. A great cozy getaway cottage. Highly recommend!'

'Home was great. Clean and well stocked. The deck facing the lake provided for an amazing view of the lake and tremendous sunsets. We'd stay again '

'I waited until 30 minutes after check in to get the entry combination. No response from home owner. Called VRBO and kept getting disconnected. When finally talked to someone it took 30 minutes to find out the owner decided to pull the house from the rebtal claiming VRBO did not pay him. We had to book two hotel rooms foe the two adult couples at 3 times the cost due to last minute rates. It was 40 miles away. What a disappointment. I got a refund but was stranded without many options.'

'The property was amazing and beautiful! It was spotless and was very spacious. Janelle was extremely helpful and very responsive through the whole stay. It was a perfect place!'

'The place is lovely, as are the hosts. The space is immaculate, and nicely appointed. The hosts have stocked it with 85% of the “stuff to bring just in case” - blankets, pillows, anything cooking- and coffee-related, even a couple of bikes. It’s not on the water, but is very centrally located. You can walk to “downtown” Bemus in 7-8 minutes (or drive in one), where there are a number of excellent restaurants and shops. I would mention any negatives, but I really can’t think of any. Great place....

'Perfect location close to lake with wonderful views from shady decks upstairs and down. Excellent communication with host and easy check-in. Very comfortable beds and couches with well stocked, high quality kitchen equipment. Lots of things to do in the area but we were completely happy to enjoy the beach and house. The night sky view of stars was amazing.'

'Fabulous cottage for both adults and children. It is clean and stocked well with everything you need. Plenty of fans for the hotter days and lots of space to play outside in the yard or in the water. There is a little roadside fruit stand/market near to restock on local produce, eggs, and more. Anything you could want to do is either a short drive or boat ride. We were very impressed and will definitely be back.'
