'To start off, the staff were super nice. Other than that and the water being hot, I can’t say anything good.
If you plan on keeping it cheap, go to one of the places nearby because you’re paying for less at this location. Otherwise, spend the extra money for the SpringHill next door.
This location is a prime example of an owner cutting costs and not meeting their brand standard with high prices.

'BED BUGS! I chose this hotel of the convenience for our tournament weekend, and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We found bed bugs in our room after already settling in. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
Yes, the hotel switched us to another room, but once you find bed bugs, the damage is done. Instead of enjoying the weekend, we spent the rest of the trip stressed about our luggage, clothes, and possibly bringing bugs home with us.

'The restaurant was understaffed, and one (overworked) bar person was openly belligerent to customers. The other complained repeatedly (though pleasantly) about being the only person working. Since the property is not surrounded by other options for a meal, it made the stay disappointing.
Having a faux Starbucks near the lobby, only open until 2 pm, was another odd aspect.'
