The cottage offers two cosy lounges, one with a large sofa and TV and the other with a fireplace. The open-plan kitchen and dining area opens onto the garden, ideal for cooking and shared meals. Bedrooms include a king-size ensuite and two shared ensuite doubles. Bathrooms provide both bath and shower options, plus an extra WC.

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
