'This property is extremely overpriced. The pool was dirty. The yard was unkempt with garbage in it and grassy areas to my mid calf. The back door was apparently blown open by the wind and tore the door jam off— which was put in using penny nails instead of the correct kind. It looked like someone tried to break In but the owner assured us that didn’t happen because if they wanted to they could break in easily and wouldn’t have left it partially broken. 'Overal stay was Very Good. We rented a house and a condo. Didn’t really like the location of the house, but there were no problems. Condo was very close to beach. Appliances were a little outdated and beds could be upgraded also. Overall it was a Great last minute booking and reasonable price!'
