prima hotel redelijke prijs /kwaliteit verhouding
het verblijf in het hotel is nog steeds prima. helaas is het hotel van eigenaar veranderd en zijn er een aantal zaken aangepast uit kosten overweging, de airco in de centrale hal stond uit, geen welkomdrankje pas na aandringen. kamers waren prima in orde helaas geen warme douche maar dit hebben we helaas altijd gehad. ontbijt was prima en de service in het restaurant was heel netjes en goed.

prima verblijf goed hotel met prima voorzieningen. 1 puntje van kritiek is de snelheid waarmee de koffie werd geserveerd. dit was voor europese normen onder de maat en duurde echt heel lang. verder heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Entire staff including the front desk, restaurant and bell boys are great.. checking in and out was smooth. Free car drop to the temple and the nearby places in town worked out pretty good.

There was nothing to be liked about this property it used to be good years ago but now its just a old dated property with old beddings pillows etc. there was no refrigerator in room though there was a cabinet in the room mentioning refrigerator. The TV size is that of a small monitor. The upholstery and beddings etc are old. there is no running hot water one need to call the reception then they switch on the geyser after that also the hot water also comes for very less time, may be the management is trying to save cost by not providing hot water in the bathroom.they give the eye drop size bottle shampoo for 2 ppl. Not a property to stay even for 1 day.

Check in time is 13:00 hours but we were given room by 16:15 hours. Inspite of confirming in advance at reception that we are reaching hotel in an hour the rooms were still under house keeping and we were given excuse that 75 rooms are vacated late by a marriage party. Hotel property is nice but not maintained properly. Need proper cleanliness in rooms, bathrooms and restaurant. Garden is spoiled by marriage tents etc. Breakfast was good and canteen staff behaviour is polite and quick service.

Very disappointed with our stay ac wasn’t working no tv and no refrigerator in room bathroom is terrible they didn’t do anything about it after 4 calls we sleep without ac and breakfast area they don’t keep clean there table stay dirty and food is not good either

I just stayed for a day so didn't explore the property much. The staff was very cooperative and had a pleasant stay. It is 7-10 mins walk to the temple.

Room condition was very disappointing looking at 4 star hotel. Previous guest receipt was lying on sofa even food item(murkute) on floor, flush was not working initially. After looking at problems i have asked them to change the room, however they are not ready by saying this is last double bed room available with them. Ac was in good condition. The location was very good and on prime location 10 min walkable distance from Saibaba mandir even very well covered by trees. Pool was also good. Even staff is helpful.

I had stayed here earlier when it was Sarovar Portico. There is a big difference now. Housekeeping is poor. Items which should have been in the room were missing. The toilet was totally disappointing. Health faucet was in the left side of the closet which was unusable. The tap fittings were very hard to use. The major plus point of the property is the location and courteous staff. Nothing else.

Rooms were not in good condition. Specially bathroom was in very bad condition. Paint was falling off. Toilet flush was making lots of noise Everytime you flush. Shower curtain was a joke. After couple minutes of shower, drain was clogged and all the water staying in. Looks good from outside. But did not efferts to make rooms comfortable where it matters the most. Staff was very professional.

Not so good stay
I didn't really enjoy the hotel. The shower floor was all dirty and those dots were peeled. When they were getting my room ready, one guy was sitting on the sofa with his phone with his feet up! I come from America and even 2 star hotels are better.

The staff are very friendly and try to help. The rooms need deep cleaning. The rooms gave a stink to it and bathrooms are maintained very poorly. We have stayed in Shradda In for the past 5_6 years. I guess it is time to change the choice of hotel.

Staff was too restricted by the management.
Customer service was low, felt like staying at hostel. So many restrictions. Booked for 2adults n 2 children upon arrival they refused n said got bookings for 2 adults only. I have to shell extra 5k apart from my booking amount. Staff is also very much strict.

Miserable Degradation!!
Have known this property since 2006 when it was part of the Park Inn Group - was a fabulous hotel those days. Always neat, clean, prim, proper and well maintained with immaculate staff behaviour. NOT ANY LONGER. Pathetic maintenance and look, from the moment one enters the property, to a shabby looking reception area, poorly lit to clumsily maintained rooms with mouldy smelly bathrooms having rust on the sprays. Shocking degradation of a hotel that once used to be the best at Shirdi. Even ordinary guest houses are better maintained than this three star property as on date. Staff attitude and behaviour was pathetic and pitiable, akin to a team of losers who are shrugging the blame off saying nothing is in their control. Buffet breakfast was awful with stale food served alongside some fresh stuff. Never again.

Service is lacking !!!!
It WAS one of the finest properties in Shirdi. New ownership is not maintaining the standards and is showing its age. Service is not on par with the room rates when compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast buffet is good. Rooms are clean but can use a thorough cleaning/touch up. You have to remind them to clean your room and sometimes they wont even bother. I wouldn't go back.

A hotel which had seen better times
Sarovar used to be a good hotel. But somewhere down the line the hotel slipped in standards. When we checked in there was no one to help with the baggage nor did the front office offer any. The room key ring was broken. What we got was a two star hotel with a four star price. The sheets were stained and we had to call housekeeping to change them. It did not stop there. The cups were chipped and stained. Houskeeping again. The coffee kettle lid was broken. So was the commode. I mean, stained.The soap was of pathetic quality. The towels looked brown. Must not have been changed since the hotel opened or something is wrong with the laundary. I was too fed up to call housekeeping again. The bathroom does not have a floor mat and you come out with water dripping all over. Worse - the water was lluke warm. Not a great thing when you shower on a winter morning. Breakfast was average. Trying to please too many palates perhaps did them in. Would I ever stay there again. Sorry Sir - a big 'NO'.

Ambience, service n food was very good . Location is slightly tricky to find unless you have GPS . Room was clean , comfortable n spacious. Only hot water was not at proper temperature. Specifically after a long journey. Over all it's a very good hotel
