Begane grond van een 2 verdiepingen tellend huis - 2 slaapkamers, plus kantoor / slaapgedeelte, 1 badkamer, 6 slaapplaatsen: slaapkamer heeft een Queen size bed. Tweede slaapkamer heeft een full size bed, bureau gebied heeft een full size bed. Air Conditioning, beddengoed, alle apparatuur zoals een vaatwasser en wasmachine / droger, 50 inch TV.
Afgeschermd terras in de achtertuin, zithoek, Weber gas BBQ, buitendouche en een bar. Strandstoelen en boogie boards voor het strand, Buitenspeelgoed, 4 fietsen (2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen) ,. Parkeerplaats voor 2 auto's

Loop over de brug naar de prachtige Ocean Beach. Gratis Zomerconcerten elke avond in de zomer. The property is clean and it great working order with everything you need for your stay. Aceess to Smith Point Beach is easy we fished and had time in the sun while visiting with family and friends. The owners are kind, accommodating and easy to communicate with.

This place was perfect! Nicely appointed and clean and comfortable for my family of 4 and our pup. We enjoyed the deck and walks around the quiet neighborhood. Dennis and Maria are great hosts. Kitchen had everything we could want or need! The beach is just over the bridge and you can easily get to the ocean. Hope to go back and stay there and spend more time at the beach. The back deck is so relaxing beautiful views!

What a wonderful visit on the water. Dennis and Maria are super gracious, generous and welcoming. The place is spotless, so pretty and super quiet. I found it also a terrific place to both work and relax. Definitely recommend!!

Großzügiges Haus mit toller Terrasse am Wasser! Da die Eigentümer selbst in dem Haus leben, wenn es nicht vermietet ist, ist vor allem die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter wohnen dann im Dachgeschoss. Sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist in der Gegend eine Rarität, in Fußgängerentfernung zum Strand zu sein, der traumhafte Sandstrand ist in gut 15 Min zu erreichen. Dem Ort fehlt leider ein kleines Zentrum mit netten Cafés, dazu muss man in die Hamptons fahren. Danke für eine wunderschöne Woche!

We live in Virginia and family live in NYC. This was an excellent location to have the family get together for a weekend. Close to the beach, on the water in the back, wonderful amenities. The kitchen was the envy of everyone who came and we enjoyed several family meals both inside and on the back deck. Dennis and Maria were both great hosts too. I’m sure everyone who came will have great memories of the event.

This was a very clean and well equipped rental, besides being in a in an amazing location. We were able to paddleboard and also enjoyed the beach immensely. We could walk to the beach and Smith point is truly one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and I have been to many. The rental had beach equipment and anything we needed in the kitchen .

We loved this wonderful Mastic Beach home! It's spacious, clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful, well stocked, modern kitchen. We had everything we needed for our stay, Plus more! The screened-in porch and deck overlooking the bay was exquisite. We enjoyed the nearby beach with beach chairs that are provided at the rental. The owner, Dennis, is a great host, helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!!

We loved Dennis’ and Maria’s house! 1/2 mile from beautiful beach and park with nice bathrooms, snack shack bar and live music at night! The house is very clean and a wonderful kitchen with anything you could possibly need! We loved the deck that looked over the water and plenty of nice outdoor furniture! AC was great on the 90 degree days for sure! We enjoyed the large tv in the living room with all services you would want. If you are looking for a beach vacation this is the place! Dennis and Maria were great hosts! They were very helpful, nice and my kids loved them. The property was perfect for us; it was right off the water for very enjoyable view in the morning and evenings off the deck and 2 min from the beach at Smiths Point. We were lucky as we saw whales and dolphins off the beach and the Tiki Joes has very decent food for a Beach Cafe. The house had everything you needed, especially for the beach and the kitchen which was perfect for those who love to cook. The additional enclosed porch with TV was an added plus for the evenings to eat or relax or when it was a little warmer. We will be visiting again and highly recommend the property.

Dennis is a great host and has a wonderful rental property for a family to enjoy. Quiet neighborhood with off-street parking. Quick 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk to the beach (we saw 4 deer on the walk home). We were there a week and had ample space with the 3 bedrooms and large family room and kitchen. Not to mention the large screened in patio room with TV and stereo which is off the sunny deck on the inlet with plenty of room to BBQ and catch some rays. Highly recommend this place for a quiet getaway with the family!

Property was very comfortable and well maintained! We felt right at home at Dennis and Marie’s house. The view from the deck is beautiful and the beach was a quick drive down the street!
