'My experience left a lot to be desired. I booked this hotel to spend the last night of our trip in Albania and celebrate my partner's birthday. It is advertised as a "spa" hotel, but neither Expedia nor the hotel website mention that the water facilities are seasonal and only open in the summer. Visiting in April, the included "spa" experience was limited to a single sauna.
While one receptionist was very kind, the rest of the staff was unhelpful. Our AC didn't work, and we were told "nothing...

'Overall the apartment was as advertised but the shower was not cleaned properly. Their was a a chunk of hair floating around from previous guests. The mattress was very uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on concrete that is unacceptable in my opinion. The entry door needs a new handle and lock.
