'Great place and staff'

'The hotel was okay. However, the property is a little dated. Also, I didn’t have a sitting chair in the room. Finally, and I have never experienced this before; but there were no cups in the room!'

'This is a no frills, basic hotel room. Expedia has it listed as pet friendly, but it is not. Went up to the first room assigned to me and it was still occupied. Was given a second room and that one was not clean. Third room was acceptable. Inexpensive rates made this stay adequate. As a solo traveler who was only in the room to sleep, it met my basic need of a room.'

'Staff was very nice and attentive. Clean towels were provided, room was clean. There are some renovations going on so that has the outside kind of sketchy looking but it was an overall great stay.'

'The overall hotel is good for a 3 star hotel. The beds were comfy, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast is a nice amenity. Cons: There were stains on the walls in bathroom, the tub could use a better scrub, and the carpet was dirty.'

'Everything was amazing the food was great but the cost for the meal plans is just to high next time instead of eating there we are just going to go to one of the many restaurants down the street and go to the I hop down the street for breakfast it is cheaper my family paid a total of almost 160 dollars for breakfast alone just for two days . Not doing that again but we had an amazing time'

'Room was clean and in a convenient Location. Didn’t like not having a working TV the first night.'

'Very nice staff. Hotel was very convenient to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. There is a public bus stop right outside the hotel that will take you to the Busch Gardens parking lot for $1.50 which runs every 1/2 hr or so. Room was spacious. Bed covers had pizza sauce type stain and grease stain but everything else seemed clean. Nice place to stay for a good price.'

'This was one of the worst properties we have stayed at. Upon arrival the receptionist was rude. We got a nonsmoking room and they stated they charged $250 if we smoked in the room, yet as soon as we opened the door, all we could smell was smoke. There were holes in the walls, the stair railing was falling, electrical wiring was showing, the room was extremely dirty, there were bugs, the tv in the bedroom didn’t work, and the bathroom light did not work. 'Gebouw in vervallen staat. Kamer zijn op het oog een beetje opgeknapt. Bed is schoon, de rest niet zo. Handdoeken niet vlekkeloos en versleten. Geen fijne buurt.'
