'The room is not like the photos, it seems to be a high traffic apartment so the curtains are dirty, the couch has stains and I was received with dirty linens. They did gave me a fresh pair but not after I complained and after the whole day. Also, some of the apartments are on the side of a very busy road, it is loud, they do provide earplugs and that solves the issue but bare that in mind when booking. Aside of that it had everything you need for a stay, the location is good and it has a 24/7...

'A recepção do local é maravilhosa, com cadastro rápido, prático e atencioso. O predio possui um mini mercado que ajuda bastante, mas a região é otima e possui varias opções de mercado e restaurantes. O apartamento tambem é bom e a cozinha possui itens básicos (panelas, pratos, copos, talheres). O banheiro "joga" um pouco de agua pra fora do box, o que acaba enxarcando o tapete. Na minha chegada, apesar de limpinhas, infelizmente as roupas de banho ainda estavam úmidas :/ A internet também...

'Custo benefício excelente, boa localização, bons comércios e restaurantes nas redondezas. O apartamento é muito bom e bem equipado contudo o secador de cabelo poderia ser melhor. O ponto negativo foi o protetor de colchão que apresentava manchas e cheiro ruim. Tivemos que providenciar um lençol limpo pra conseguir dormir. No geral recomendo este local. '

'Terribly HARD bed. I try not to ever write terrible things and I travel a lot. BUT this time it is needed. The bed in this unit is like a plywood with 1inch foam on it. I tried to adjust to it for couple nights, then I tried sleeping on the couch 1 night. The owner’s manager wasnt helpful at all. Then I gathered some pillows and tried that 1 night. Manager said they will be in touch, I waited more. Offered more money for another unit with no help. So then I booked another place and...

'The check-in process was quite confusing, I had to pay an extra fee for cleaning. They didn't send me payment information until I was at the door of the unit I was renting. At that moment, they said that they couldn't give me the code to enter unless I made a payment immediately. I found that quite disturbing, unsettling and disrespectful. Upon entering the unity, I noticed it was dirty, the trash cans didn't have a bag in them, the windows were filthy, and the dish sponge was completely dirty....
