Hi Karen, We're glad that overall you enjoyed your stay, and we'd like to address the few items that you mention: - While the homeowner doesn't provide napkins or tissues, there are paper towels, hand soap, and additional items like laundry soap available for guests' convenience - Travelers can see before they book that cable isn't an amenity, but Roku and various other streaming services are available - If guests don't have their own streaming accounts, the owner is happy to provide guests with theirs - Both ceiling fans have been replaced, and the central A/C and a portable oscillating fan were also available during your stay In the future, don't hesitate to reach out during your stay with any questions or concerns you may have.
