Thanks Mark. Yes, we have had others who also had difficulty with the lockbox. One must put in the code again when placing the keys back in the box. These highlighted instructions are sent to the guests, but a few do forget.

There is a large laundry room in the lower level of the clubhouse with numerous washers and dryers. Glad you had a nice stay.

Have you ever met a miserable, dramatic person? This guest did not follow the explicit, step by step instructions on the thermostat. The A/C works fine and did so throughout her stay. Seeing that the temperature was in the 80's outside. it's highly unlikely the cabin was 98*. (?) From the moment she called about the thermostat, she threatened a bad review. As she wrote, our staff went above and beyond staying with her during her emotional meltdown and talking her through the step by step instructions on the phone. No other guest has had such "problems" as this one and has demanded so much attention. I am very proud of our staff and how they handled this volatile guest.
