Welcome to Sheeling Cottage Annexe. A bright and welcoming two-bedroom property, all on one level, located in Upper Battlefield—just a short drive from the centre of Shrewsbury and close to RAF Shawbury. It's the ideal base for exploring the town and surrounding area, whether you're visiting for work or leisure.

Our annexe features a spacious, light and airy modern open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area to seat four, and a comfortable lounge with a Smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Two sets of patio doors open from the living space onto a large garden, which you're welcome to enjoy. There’s an outdoor dining area and two additional seating spots at the bottom of the garden that catch both the morning and evening sun.

There are two comfortable double bedrooms, each with hanging space, and an easy-access, step-free wet room with a rainfall shower. With everything on one level, the property is convenient and accessible for all.

Directly outside the property, there is parking for two cars.

Our location in Upper Battlefield offers a peaceful setting with easy access to local amenities, scenic walks, and all that the historic market town of Shrewsbury and the wider Shropshire area have to offer. It's the perfect spot for couples, families, or business travellers alike.

The whole of our home is open to guests to use.

If you would like a late check-out, we’re happy to offer this (this is subject to availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of £35, up to 1 pm. After 1 pm, we will have to charge a further night's stay.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
