During our 5 night stay, their internet was not functional because the technician never came to fix. Room service is very good, especially they have awesome chai. '

'As an American traveling through the area, I was very relieved and happy to find a modern, clean and friendly hotel in Pathankot that accepts foreign guests. This hotel is a gem.
(I visited other hotels but they were dirty and unpleasant or they refused to accept American guests due to the C-form which I found out is some kind of government form to track foreign visitors for safety reasons)

'Very dirty room. I found a. cockroach in the room. Very dirty bathroom. Walls and floor does not look like its been cleaned in a while. I was scared to get in the bed.
