'DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! BEWARE! Had to drive 1.5 hours on a motoscooter back to Chiang Mai at 1:30am because the rooms are infested with GIANT ants in the beds, and hundreds of small ants in the bathroom. They tried to move us to a different room and right when I walked in a giant ant crawled across the pillow on the bed.They offered to place me in a "different area/room", if i paid them more money! They essentially tried to extort money out of me just so I could have a non- infested hotel...

There was a bird stuck in the room chirping all night. We only completed 1/3 day stay. 'Het is een bijzondere ervaring om in een roundhouse te slapen. Bedden zijn heerlijk. Douchen doe je buiten wat erg leuk is. De gastvrouw Suzy vertelt enorm veel en geeft leuke tips. Ontbijten is leuk verzorgd. Al met al een eenvoudige overnachtingsplek maar heel leuk om meegemaakt te hebben.'

'A bit disappointed with my stay. I was basically the only person there for my stay, but the staff was nowhere to be found on many occasions, and they were not very helpful with transportation anywhere outside of the hotel. It felt very inconvenient to leave, forcing you to only use the amenities they offered (food and spa services). Not the worst stay but definitely not the best. '

Although it was the rainy season, we also had some (almost) dry days. Keep in mind that the nearby Doi Chiang Dao Wildlife Sanctuary is only open for three months of the year.'

'The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. Communication with staff was extremely difficult. Still...
