Take in the beautiful views of the Jurassic Coast, which stretches for 95 miles and has over 185 million years of history. The town and the seafront offer a wide range of sporting activities, while quiet serenity can be enjoyed in the various parks and gardens. Most of the surrounding countryside has been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or is owned by the National Trust, and the nationally renowned South West Coast Path can easily be accessed.
